  1. Denver signs yet another running back in former Notre Dame standout Darius Walker.
  2. Foote inks deal with Lions.
  3. I would like to be a sports writer. The only problem I have with them is some of things they say. The biggest problem being how biased they are..which is something different I like to offer. While there are teams I can't stand, I still respect them for what they do..I can't stand the Patriots or the Steelers, but I give respect where respect is due. You have a lot of writers that don't know how to do that. Especially when it comes to the Buccaneers. Nobody likes to give that team the credit they deserve because of what the used to be and where they are now.
  4. So NBC sports has a top 10 list for draft picks that will help their teams in their first season and draft pick busts. Both lists are pretty good. This may be the Tampa coming out of me but they listed Freeman on the busts list and called him a loose cannon just for the sheer fact that he let slip that the signing of Byron Leftwich was a smoke screen and then said that he believes that he's a better QB than Stafford and Sanchez. So you're telling me that he's a loose cannon because the young man is very confident in his abilities?
  5. Tampa Bay trades TE Alex Smith to New England for a 2010 draft pick undisclosed. With the aquistion of Winslow and with Jeremey Stevens Smith was good as gone.. Its also a sad day for Lions fans as Michael Gaines was cut.
  6. Ken Lucas signs with Seattle John beck cut by the Dolphins Edgerin James has been cut by Arizona
  7. There is something that is just so hot about having a women tell you how to jerk off. That's my new thing...Jerk off instructions Kelli Tyler and Kat are two very good ones.
  8. So the Bears get a franchise QB and give up two first round picks and Orton. This tells me that Chicago is going to overload on defense in the draft this year and I wouldn't be surprised if they traded one of their key guys to move back into the first round and a second round draft pick. Urlacher isn't going any where but I wouldn't rule out a Lance Briggs trade.

    Number Ones...

I want TGC to come in here and fill this out. Just see how drastic the music changes.
  10. Who around here is gay enough, yet still strikingly awesome and woman pleasing enough to pull of Frank though? I mean, seriously... anybody around here who considers themselves ladies men are far from gay (and usually far from ladies men)... and anybody around here open-minded enough to be a little gay without being completely gay, tends not to be very awesome. You'd have to find an exact middle ground between say, Katsuya and DMN. Sousa
  11. We already see the wild cat formation in the NFL and I'm willing to put money on it that when Tebow gets drafted that whatever team he goes into is going to work on a spread offense. Call Jon Gruden what you will but the man knows his QBs and If what he says is true, Tebow is going to revolutionize the spot of football. ...then again he's a Florida Gator, and we all know their QB track record in the NFL.
  12. Him fucking Amy Smart in public was the hottest thing ever
  13. So Al Davis sent a three page letter to Tennessee basically running down Kiffin and calling him a liar and trying to say that he made one of their ex coaches breach contract to come to Tennessee. When will Al Davis just give up?
  14. So the Patriots continue to horde receivers by signing Galloway. I can see him in the slot...
  15. I really like "Sink, Florida, Sink" by Against Me!

    Kings

http://www.nbc.com/Kings/ The Pilot is currently on right now and I must say from what little I've seen so far, this is going to be one of the best shows if they pick it up. I loved McShane in deadwood.
  17. Clerks and I like to think that The Dark Crystal is a cult movie as well.
  18. This coming from a Raider fan...
  19. Aikman, Smith, and Irvin say hello.
  20. Kevin Acee of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports that negotiations are over between LaDainian Tomlinson and the San Diego Chargers. Now all he has to do is decide whether he want to put his John Hancock on a restructured contract that will lower his salary. That offer could be for two years or three years. Whatever it is, it will be for less money than the $24 million he is scheduled to make by 2011. What form the new money takes (signing bonus, roster bonus, incentives) is not known. As Green Bay switches to a 3-4 defense, the team appears to have added a player with experience in the scheme. The Green Bay Press Gazette reports the Packers have agreed to a contract with safety Anthony Smith. Smith, 25, played in the Pittsburgh Steelers’ 3-4 defense the past three years and is well known to the Packers’ new safeties coach, Darren Perry, who was Smith’s defensive backs coach with the Steelers in 2006. Redskins owner Daniel Snyder and Albert Haynesworth’s agent, Chad Speck, were spotted dining together in Indianapolis during the NFL Scouting Combine a few days before the start of free agency. Since the league does not allow teams to contact agents for players still under contract, The Tennesseean reports that the meeting could be why the Titans would like to pursuing tampering charges against the Washington Redskins.
  21. The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the Oakland Raiders have no interest in signing wide receiver Terrell Owens — or any other big-name player, for that matter.
  22. Continuing to use the salary-cap space freed up by the Matt Cassel trade, the Patriots reached an agreement with former Redskins cornerback Shawn Springs on Thursday. Bills running back Marshawn Lynch has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of carrying a firearm in a vehicle in California, and released a statement through his attorney Gerald Schwartzbach. Philadelphia traded wide receiver Greg Lewis to New England. Terms still to come. The Lions will not distribute Corey Smith’s jersey No. 93 this season, as the organization continues to deal with his disappearance, according to the Detroit Free Press. The team has stopped short of making plans for a memorial, but for right now, no Lion will wear No. 93. The San Francisco Chronicle reports that WR Javon Walker did a major restructuring of his contract to remain with the Raiders. Vince Young told owner Bud Adams that he is not going to ask for a trade, but instead will work to get his job back.
  23. Roy Williams needs to switch is position. I wold love to see him as a linebacker.
  24. I'm not happy about that one. We cut brooks yet we keep barber who fucking sucked last year and then we let Buchanon go, who played very well last year. I would have setteled for Talib and Buchanon over Barber. Besides that Detroit always seems to sign are ex-players. That's now Kelly, Smith, Buchanon and Neece in the last three years.
  25. Laverneous Coles signs with Cincy. Feel like doing a little bit of on-line shopping? If you have $2 million available, you can purchase Panthers WR Muhsin Muhammad’s house via the on-line superstore. By the end of the week, and quite possibly in the next 24 hours, the Ravens and free-agent linebacker Ray Lewis are expected to finalize a deal as important to Baltimore as Kurt Warner’s deal is to Arizona, league sources said Wednesday. The Lions signed veteran free-agent defensive tackle Grady Jackson to a three-year, $8 million contract Wednesday in a move to fortify their interior front. The Broncos have agreed on a two-year deal for free-agent RB LaMont Jordan. Lewis, Ravens agree on deal Ray Lewis and the Ravens have agreed on a new deal, reports Adam Schefter. Baltimore also agreed on a deal with free-agent center Matt Birk.
