  1. Tanner Ainge has betrayed his family and should be beaten in the street.

I wish some off season decisions would happen already. I know Hayward is meeting with Miami, Boston and Utah this weekend. But I've read articles saying that Griffin is the actual main target (which makes no sense), that we are going to package Isiah Thomas and draft picks to trade for Russell Westbrook (which makes less sense) and that they're gonna miss all their targets and sign Rudy Gay and Zach Randolph (which makes us.....the Grizzlies?).  I love the off-season for the anything can happen vibe but I go crazy for the sports writers scrambling for stories.

  2. Truthfully, I don't think Ainge sees a ton of value in Butler for some reason. The constant talks between Boston/Chicago have always hit some snag, whether it was Crowder at the trade deadline this season or the rumored refusal to deal the number 3 pick on draft night. I know for a fact we could've made a better offer than Minnesota did. That being said, I feel like certain trades are dying (looking at you, Phil) because people know how heavy the C's are on assets and aren't looking for fair deals.

  3. Just.......just god dammit Boston. We don't need another guard, I get that. But that means we are banking our future on Isiah, who is already in his 30s. As opposed to Fultz who looks to be a top tier talent. For more draft picks. I love Trader Danny but there is a roster cap, we could make a second team with all the picks we already have. And this is from someone who understands we need a forward much more than a guard.

  4. The vipers lost one of our random members because we didn't start a battleground quickly enough to suit them. Considering he participated maybe half the time and was the person I was gonna cut if we needed spot for an EWBer, I'm fine with that. Speaking of anyone need a spot? We're already halfway through Elite+

  5. I picked up Killing Floor 2 around Christmas for 25 bucks I believe? I don't regret a cent even with it being free this month. It's the perfect game if you've had a bad day at work and just want to zone out with heavy metal and gory violence.

  6. This entire round has been weird for the Vipers. They barely play at all to start then their entire team suddenly rushes points. We stagnate then are able to barely squeak ahead. I had the worst deck but somehow the most points. Just a weird match.

  7. Put me in @Busch Strowman's camp. It's one thing for him to leave and go home to the Wizards or to any number or teams where he could have been the difference maker. Instead he went to the team they should have eliminated the year before with the best record in history because he wanted a ring. The Heat was three players frustrated at front offices not getting them help who decided to make a superteam. The Celtics was smart trading for hungry veterans who desperately wanted a ring before they retired who wound up making a superteam. Durant went to an already established superteam when he could have been the difference maker for the Celtics/Wizards/Thunder/Bulls/Spurs/Grizzlies/etc. Any other playoff team would have instantly been discussed for the finals if they got Durant.

    Go Cleveland.

  8. ....I saw soundgarden at musicfest last Sunday. They were the closing act for the weekend and all anyone could talk about. The man hadn't lost a step in his performance and I had legit chills listening to his voice over those giant speakers. Glad I got to hear them but......Fuck.

  9. There seem to be two camps. People who want the GSW/Cleveland rematch because they're the best two teams. And the people who want literally anything else. And since San An stands no chance without Leonard, people are pulling for Boston more.

  10. @Jasonmufc I disagree about Olynyk and have been singing his praises for a few years. He's not some elite big man, but in a bench role he's very good at what he does. A stretch 4 who can shoot the three and space the floor fits well with boston's current small ball system. He's definitely gonna get overpaid, but everyone is now. That happened the day Mike Conley was one of the highest paid players in the league.

As for his reputation as a villain and a dirty player, people also forget the guy was a point guard for most of his career until he had a massive growth spurt. He's always gonna be a lanky awkward big man without enough mass and that leads to some awkward spots. And draymond green calling him one of the dirtiest players in the league was outright laughable.
