  1. 'Hi, we're the St. Louis Cardinals. Our lineup reads like the NL Murderer's Row, and we have, more then likely, the reigning NL MVP, as well as a former MVP. We are also the most well rounded team in baseball this year, with a starting rotation that is pretty damn good. Oh, and yeah, we ran away with our division, a division that gave us the team we're playing in the NLCS.' 'Hi, we're the Houston Astros. You might remember us as the team that fired their manager at the halfway point, and since then has made your little 4 game comeback look like a midseason homestand. We also have Carlos Beltran, who is killing in the playoffs. Oh, and a guy named The Rocket... we think you've met before.' In other words... It ain't over til' its over. The curse isn't about beating the Yankees, or being better then them, the Sox have done that before, though not like this. Its about winning the World Series. Bucky Dent Aaron Boone Craig Biggio? I hate the Sox as much as I hate the Yankees. And right now I hate the Cards too. GO 'STROS! ← A very large amount of true Red Sox fans will take the victory over the Yanks even if it meant a loss in the W.S. A loss to either one of the NL teams isn't that likely. ←

  10. McCown to Fitzgerald..... Like everyone else, I'd go for Manning/Harrison, Culpepper/Moss, and McNabb/T.O. will rule the league.

I think Shaun Alexander's hurt knee scared the Seahawks, but I hear it's not too bad. I think that Williams can step up for the Lions now that Rogers is out...again.
  13. By the end of this week, half of the team would be gone and I took Rock Carwright under the pretense that he was the Redskins fullback. Two guys I have already put on waivers, Cartwright being one of them and the other being Atlanta's D. And Carnage, I'am defending my picks.. Brandon Stokely-Altough he may be the 3rd WR on the Colts, he already got me some good points from some of the big passes and the TD he had on Thursday's game and he usually gets about 2-3 receptions per game. Marcus Pollard-The Starting Colts TE, the only way I won't get points if he dosen't get any receptions, but he gets atleast 3 in a game, if not a few TDs. John Kasay-The best avaible Kicker at the time I picked him and well, he is a pretty decent kicker for Carolina. Kevin Jones-Between him and Stephen Jackson, I believe along with alot of other people will be the better Rookie RB, and he is also starting. Tom Lopenski & Jim Kelinsasser-These guys are sleepers and could get a handfull of yards a game, maybe even a Passing TD or two. Hunter Smith-League Rules, gotta have punters. Baltimore's D-Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Peter Boulware, Chris McCallister and Deion Sanders..I believe they make a good enough case. Lastly DeShaun Foster-I think he is underrated, but he is behind Stephen Davis. He should get a few carries a game when Daivs gets tired. I believe strongly that he is a good 3rd RB.

  15. I had the second pick, but here is my teacher's team, we had the frist two picks and have the best chance of winning this thing because yeah, everyone else is clueless. This dude that sat behind was bitchin' and moanin because me and the teacher took the G-Men's QBs, so I took advantage of him and got Harrington and I'am not really sure why I took Eli 4th... Sixth Hour Teacher-1st Pick(He likes KC) 1.Preist Holmes 2.Cliton Portis 3.Tony G. 4.Trent Green 5.Deion Branch 6.Chris Brown 8.Kurt Warner 9.Mike Alstott 10.Dallas's D 11.Mike Vanderjagt 12.Dante Hall 13.James Trash 14.Chris Gardocki 15.Bryon Leftwhich 16.San Fransico's D
  16. A TRADE: I traded Eli to my friends team for Joey Harrington, why, because I have a gut feeling Harrington might have a decent season, and because Detroit is Sawmi's Sleeper in the NFC.
  17. Looking at that, I would say that your best bets to have atleast a decent season is Leftwich and Brunell, all the others are either frist time starters, backups, or 13-14 Season guys that might not have a good season,
  18. I'am in a Fantasy Football league with my sixth hour teacher and some other people in the same hour. Grade me on my team. 1.Peyton Manning 2.Terrell Owens 3.Jamal Lewis 4.Eli Manning 5.Kevin Jones 6.John Kasay 7.Balitmore's D 8. Rock Cartwright 9. Atlanta's D 10. Jim Kleinsasser 11. Steve Smith 12. Marcus Pollard 13. Brandon Stokley 14.Tom Lopenski 15. DeShaun Foster 16.Hunter Smith
  19. Brady for Manning, Brady for Manning! Or you could get Dante Culpepper because I think he is going to have a pretty big season. And a good 3rd Back might be...oh lets say..Kevin Jones...He maybe be a rookie, but I believe he will have a good season.

or the offensive line could've atleast touched the guy coming in for the sack. Peyton had too much faith in his offensive line there. ←
  21. Our school is 1-0, beating some lowley team last week. I don't play football because, well, I don't want to...I have better things to do on Friday, like play Tiger Woods 04 drunk...or something..

Ture. By McGinist ran in untouched, UNTOUCHED!...and for the choking, I say half and half because the Monday night game last season agaisnt the Bucs, Manning was able make drives that put up points and set-up the game winning field goal and when they played the Titans for the second time, In Tennesse, With the Divisonal Title on the line, Peyton still put up some last minute points to win, but yeah, he did choke in the Pats game last season, but seemed a little more comfortable to me in the pocket. At least it was on pick and not four. Indy is still a little away from getting to the big game, but before Manning retires, he will have atleast one ring. As for this years, I say Eagles take the game over the Pats in a close one.
