  1. Nas' Reason ft. Emily Nas' Just A Moment ft. Quan Nine Inch Nails' You Know What You Are? Nine Inch Nails' Only
  2. From what I can remember this woman cheats on her spouse and is branded with the Scarlet Letter (an "A" if memory does serve) which serves as a means of identifying her as an adulterer, and adulterer's weren't treated too well in that time period. Forgive me for any inaccuracies, I haven't read it in a while.
  3. Justo Faison died. For those of you that don't know, he started the Mixtape Awards in 1996. There's a news story about it up on StreetHop.com and probably AllHipHop.com too. RIP Justo Faison.
  4. Haha, I just suggested The New Workout Plan on MSN. Uhm... The Game's How We Do?
  5. Only one that really comes to mind is the beginning of GTA: Vice City, with the drug deal gone awry and everything.
  6. Bwahahaha, Danielle Fishel's been demoted to roles in shitty National Lampoon films. At the same time I am sad though..she was good in BMW. Damn. Does she show her bajoobies?
  7. If you're going to get *any* Snoop Dogg releases, the only one really worth it is Doggystyle.
  8. Speak of RZA & The Wu reminds me of another favorite.. Theodore Unit's Who Are We? ft. Bonecrusher, Ghostface & Trife It's a kinda weird beat, it samples & loops the beginning of the Scooby-Doo theme :|
  9. I've taken a liking to a lot of Fat Joe's beats, particularly Lean Back and My Lifestyle. I don't really care for the lyricism (or lack thereof) or Fat Joe himself, but those are some awesome beats, they have a menacing quality to them.
  10. Nine Inch Nails' With Teeth Nas' Street's Disciple I'm listening to the Nas CD now
  11. Is it me or is that a horrible photos to use for Rey?
  12. It only came out on the 6th, but it's been getting good reviews by the press/media, and the concept interests me. Has anyone seen it?
  13. Dead serious. I've never heard of them; if they're as influential as they supposedly are, I'm 99% sure that I would have heard of them by now. PS; Check your PMs.
  14. no comment, just ugh. I can't believe you two can listen to that sort of tripe. And I don't see how hip hop owes anything to Kraftwerk. o0;; so Kraftwerk used beats (I'm assuming) and samples (I'm assuming). I'd say hip-hop owes a hell of a lot more to the likes of Kurtis Blow and the late 70's/early 80's freestylers etcetera.
  15. Source: AllHipHop.com That's ...interesting, to say the least. I want to hear something from this album.
  16. Probably Kelis. >.>;; Well, not Kelis technically, but the Just Blaze remix of "Milkshake". I wub Just Blaze.
  17. Shit! That's it! I knew I'd heard it before. It's spelled "Inna Gadda Da Vida" if memory serves, by the way.
  18. 1. Jerry Only was an original Fit. 2. He did vocals when Graves was in the band, but only on tour not on albums. What line-up is it this time? I pretty much refuse to see the Dez/Marky/Only one. I'd rather see Gotham Road or Danzig. ← Glad to know I'm not the only one that feels that way. I think the newer stuff the Misfits has done is terrible, I've heard some of the stuff with Graves and it sounds like they're trying (and failing) to be some sort of gothic power metal band. I wouldn't dream of seeing the Misfits without Danzig.
  19. What's that beat from? I know it's a well-known rock song that I ought to know, but fucked if I can remember at the moment. Anyone know?
  20. We yanks only eat british accents up when they're attached to hot women. Fact.
  21. KRS-One's "Sound of Da Police" uhmmm... Nine Inch Nails' "Only" Nine Inch Nails' "The Hand That Feeds"
  22. Styles P's "I'm Black" Immortal Technique's "Bin Laden" Remxi ft. KRS-One & Chuck D...Apologies in advance for the Caps, I pulled it off I.T.'s forums, from some moderator's post or something.
  23. Slick Rick is awesome, I just gotta say that. Children's Story rocks the pantaloon. Ever listen to Roots Manuva tho syco?
