I don't understand how that is considered "getting better defensively" when you are trading your best defensive player for someone broken down like Shaq is.

So apparenty Shaq has been traded to the Phoenix Suns for Marcus Banks and Shawn Marion pending Shaq passing his physical. Shaq does not fit in that fast paced Suns offense, especially with Shaq's bad knees. However, the West just got a lot more interesting with Gasol to the Lakers and Shaq to the Suns. I wonder if the Spurs will try to counter with something themselves. Damon Stoudamire FTW!

So thoughts on the Dallas-Green Bay game? I thought the Cowboys looked good in the first half, and they let off the gas once Aaron Rodgers came in the game and the Packers were right back in it. This goes back to the argument we had a few pages back between which team was the best in the NFC, before the game I thought the Cowboys were the better team, but those same people who thought the Packers were the better team won't change their opinion because KGB, and Charles Woodson didn't play as well as a banged up Brett Favre missing the 2nd half. IMO, the Packers would've gotten owned had Favre stayed in the game because what I saw was the old Favre of old.

I think it'd be an interesting matchup. Both teams are about the same both offensively and defensively, but I think still think the Cowboys are the class of the NFC until proven otherwise (which we will see in a few weeks). Also, with the Colts and Titans both losing, the AFC is about to get crazy.

What a great day, I go to Austin to see Texas own Texas Tech, and Ohio State lost! What an awesome day.

The Titans are 6-2, and could very well be 2-6. The Titans offense has played pretty poorly, but the defense has really stepped it up and played great. With the Titans D playing as well as they have been, I think this is a team to be reckoned with.

*laughes at cleveland fans* I hope the Rockies take the World Series, but I wouldn't mind seeing the BoSox win either.

Anyone catching this great Mavs-Warriors game? Warriors up 3 with about 10 seconds left, about to go up 3-1 on the one seeded Mavs. I'm loving this!

Fuck Dallas. I'm glad they are being exploited the way they are by Golden State. This is why the MVP award should be given out after the finals, Dirk is a horrible leader. I'm hoping the Warriors can win in 6.

What was the Big 10 in bowl games? 2-5? Arkansas had a late TD called back which could've won them the game, and Penn State recovered a fumble and returned in 85 yards to win. They barely escaped with 2 wins in the bowl season.

Ginn wouldn't have made much of a difference, the Gator D is just that good. The Ohio State University is now known as THE Overrated State University.

This is great news, I've played FBB since 2001, and I'm looking forward to this new game.
