In Boston, you had 3 guys that had been forced to carry bad team after bad team on their backs. That was their last chance to get a title. And not a single one of them was a top 10 player anymore. In Miami, you have a guy that had just choked a series against a team that they should've beaten teaming up with one of his main rivals. If you play pickup basketball, the 2 best players never play together. That's why, It's no fun just having the 2 best guys and owning the game

He decided that he did not want to beat Wade every year and risk failure, he prefered the safe choice and joined forces with another TOP 10 player. And before you, as any LeBron defender says, talk about Magic and Kareem, the Bird\McHale\Parish, MJ and Scottie, and Boston Big 3, they were all either by draft or by trading. If a team has a Top 10 player and lucks out in a guy that develops in another top 10 player, they were lucky.
