I want to test your metal with this one guys. Re-create a retro poster for a WCW or WWF event... lets say before 95 Remember that the graphics weren't flash back then, simple cuts that got the message across If you are looking for cuts, PSD Protocol has quite a few good ones if you dont like the rules let me know, i'll think up something else

my vote goes to IDOL it looks like a legit movie poster from top to bottom... and probably something i'd see since I enjoy beer... beer related games and good looking women. it should be made by Broken Lizard (Beerfest) As for Wolves, it is a nice graphic but just doesn't look enough like a movie poster. And Split's was a nice idea, but you went up against stiff competition

I gotta go with Livid on this one Businessman: I like the poster, but the fact that Tarrentino isn't involved in it lost you points lol. Seriously though, make sure you spell everything on the poster right.. 'Terrence Howard' Apart from that it was good, but you went up against a great designer in Livid Livid: Excellent poster, the top half was superb IMO, but the bottom is lacking something, not sure what.. but yeah the bottom half is just too empty. Great job though dude

I remember seeing a contest on worth1000.com that was great, and produced excellent stuff. the rules were Take a board game of your choice and turn it into a moive ie Hungry Hungry Hippos, Monopoly, Risk etc Movie poster size... if u'd like the link to the contest let me know

appreciate all the comments guys, yeah i noticed the whole city thing after i posted... and you are right about the GTA being too large, it takes the background scenes out. as for my set of rules... hmmmm tough one. I think it was done a while ago, but I enjoyed it then soooo create a poster advertising an upcoming festival you must provide - Name - Date - Venue - Bands (its a festival so more than say 4) Be creative, can't be named something that already exists. let me know if u don't like the rules
