there are heaps of places, deviantart is a good place. PSDtuts.com has a freebies section which has pretty good collections. although i'm sure if you type in CS3 brushes in google, you will find plenty of ones you like. umm i think there is a site called Brushezy or Brusheezy as well

You seem very intent to use the textured background... I don't like it... at all it just screams tacky. The background itself is really good with the stadium blened into the players, but yeah for me the texture ruins it. probably some of the best work I have seen you do, blending wise but just really not a fan of the textured background, mess around with effects and what not. keep it up 6.5/10

Australian Football - Richmond Tigers Matthew Richardson - Champion of the game, turns 34 this year and still plays near full games with more than impressive stats. Always in Richmonds top 5 for the time trial, despite being over 190cm and 100kgs Brett Deledio - Going to be a star, has huge talent and potential and is only 21 Nathan Foley - Proof the rookie system works, came from nowhere to become one of the games clearance kings. Shane Tuck - Under-rated player who doesn't get his due. One of Richmonds best midfielders Trent Cotchin - Going to be a star once he gets fit. Can dominate games even though he was born in 1990 and played just 15 games.

Collingwood are doing alot better than they should do in my opinion. Their younger players have stood up and advanced very quickly and are now their best players. Guys like Thomas, Swann & Pendelbury are genuine stars of the comp already. Yeah Geelong are pretty much flawless right now, if you let your guard down for just five minutes they will tred all over you. They can win a game by 10 goals and be dominant for only 10 mins a quarter. Shame about Josh Hunt though, I like the guy, he is a real hard nut. I'm tempted to do a pre-season review of the teams soon.. let me know if anyone would be interested in reading it.

I was toying with not having the black and white bit there.. the reason for the diagonal stripe is because that is on the team jumper. I will probably toy around with a few ideas during the diary thanks for the feedback

Thats the first thing I noticed it instantly makes the poster better... overall it isn't bad and is an improvement on the original its just the text that lets it down IMO good work, you have come along in leaps and bounds

Mayday Parade and their album A Lesson In Romantics has a whole bunch you may enjoy... Not saying you are emo as I'm sure every guy has been bummed out about a chick at least once in their life, but the emo genre does have alot of what your looking for.

Hey man all for the help with spreading to name of the greatest game on Earth (that ought to stir the Americans up) When I last left you it was on the eve of Ben Cousins return game. The game saw him collect 21 touches in about 60% of the game with his disposal looking very crisp and smooth, infact his disposal was probably the best out of any Tiger who played. It ended on a sour note after he took a heavy knock and recieved a concussion. Collingwood ran out victorious by 46 points, a lead that was extended mainly after Richmond decided to rest its stars. He was rested along with alot of Richmond's stars as they took on Stkilda. Richmond played St. Kilda as previously mention with the majority of their stars missing including former captain Kane Johnson, Ben Cousins, Matthew Richardson, Troy Simmonds and many more. The game was Graham Polaks return to competitive football after he nearly died last year when he was hit by a tram. Polak was not expected to play this year at all so this is a great sign. He is still not in the mix for the start of the season however. In other AFL news, Essendon defeated Brisbane to play Collingwood this past weekend in which the Magpies won easily, young forward (and contender for uglist player in the AFL) John Anthony booted 7 goals. Carlton defeated reigning premiers Hawthorn and last years runners up defeated Port Adelaide. This past week Geelong defeated a depleated Carlton side in a game that was expected to be a complete boil over, to the surprise of everyone Carlton were very competitive but it was Geelong that came away victorious to set up a grand final against Collingwood.

What does anyone think of Travis Deiner he has been on the Pacers list for some time, struggled a bit with injuries but I know the pacers are pretty high on him. His 3 point ability this season has been great, but far too many times he doesn't get on the court or is on but doesn't shoot at all. I think this kid has a future, any one else?

Thanks for voting guys, appreciate the positive comment, but even I think Livids is a head... and shoulders.. possibly upper torso above mine. I still like my idea, but the finished result still leaves a bit to be desired, as for Livids it is pretty much flawless and very crisp. Best til three i'd say, perhaps I might get a sympathy vote

I have enjoyed the series so far.. Jason O'Mara is so so as an actor but Harvey Keitel and Michael Imperiolli are freakin awesome sad to see it end, perhaps another network will pick it up

The tour went all across Australia finishing up in Perth, Western Australia. Great day alround, got to see some great bands such as The Riverboat Gamblers Madina Lake New Found Glory Bayside The Subways (were on main stage while i was in drinking area) Anberlin Red Jumpsuit Apparatus (they sucked majorly, so i went and saw) Hello Goodbye Minus The Bear Funeral For A Friend Billy Talent Houston Calls Say Anything was going to stay for Silverstein and Finch, but the fact I work, was majorly sunburnt and exhausted I decided against it.. oh and I had an hours drive home. Only shitty band was Red Jumpsuit, and I was a fan of their first album. I heard they sucked throughout the whole concert Hard to say who my fav bands were, probably Bayside, FFAF and Anberlin. And on the way out I got a pic with Anthony from Bayside and Stephen from Anberlin which goes with my girlfriends Drumstick she caught at the melbourne show. Anyone else attend any of these shows?
