Wow, I had no idea the show was this old... I just found the first season at the video shop for $20 (australian) and bought it, watched all 6 eps and bought the second season the next day. They are up to season 5 I think now with possibly a feature movie to be done after the series ends. Jamie Murray doesn't age, from Hustle through the Dexter she is still FINE. great show, great concept, must go get me season three

Who do you think the best team in the league is at the moment? Bias as it is i'm going to have to say the devils. I mean with no 'Crosby' or 'Ovechekin' in the team they are still flying. Not to mention their rock for.... well ever Brodeur hasn't been there. Clemesen and Weekes have done an outstanding job especially Clemensen who now has a few shutouts to his name. The last game of the week took place last night at Subiaco Oval in Western Australia. It featured The Fremantle Dockers playing The Richmond Tigers, decent crowd of 14,000+ with me, my brother and mates being part of that crowd. Sitting on the 50 meter arc three rows back, great game very fast and suprisingly close, not to mention played at great intensity for a pre-season game. Great to see the Tigers get up, largley on the back of the SUPERSTAR Matthew Richardson who kicked a supergoal and the last two goals of the game to snatch victory from the Dockers. Yeah wasn't exactly having your ass handed too you, and well the game suits the irish so much more. They play with rules closer to the internation rules series and they play with the round ball all year. Not to mention they played with a full strength team and Australia decided to put some younger faster kids in their instead of the kind of guys that played the last time the series was held when Australia decimated ireland not only on the scoreboard but on the field too.

I agree with the above statement I felt that +44 lacked toms vocals he and mark play of each other so well, an album of just mark is so monotone. and well A&A werent the superband they wanted to be, they had alot of potential but I think Tom ruined it by thinking he was the best.. he isnt and he has admitted it before. I read somewhere that players at first hated reverse swing, like they never meant to bowl it and when it happened they didnt like it.. how times have changed. And yes sad to say Australias dominance at the top is over for now, but look at South Africa just a few years back they were struggling. Australia have a good crop of younger players who just need the experience, which is their own fault for hanging onto the older players right up until retirement. I think next summer tour in Australia they will be getting back to their best.

But how many times did Murali face England and Australia, not to mention the whole 'chucking' debacle. I think Warne is the greatest test spin bowler of all time and I don't even like him as a person. He is many lengths above Murali in terms of spinning, but I will give credit where credit is due, Murali is a good spinner and i will congratulate him on getting another record.

Just saw the cricket thread and realised there is quite a few of us Australian folk in here. So I decided to make an Aussie Rules thread, I didn't see when when I searched Australian Football, so here it is. AFL starts back this Sunday with NAB Cup action, West Coast take on Collingwood at Subiaco Oval in Western Australia. The game was meant to be in South Africa but due to the economical crisis it has been re-located to Perth. Personally I hope West Coast win, but this is a game of two of my most hated teams, if west coast win and Richmond beat Fremantle the following week then West Coast and Richmond play the following week in Perth too.. Wow the Australian system of organising matches is confusing. So yeah if anyone wants to chat about 'footy' heres the place. or if there already is a place, close this thread

Murali is a good bowler yes, but is the best spin bowler who deserves the test record for most wickets.. HELL NO! think about it how many times do Sri Lanka play a second rate test team like Bangaldesh compared to Australia. Most of his wickets have been taken against struggling teams, unlike Warney who dominated every country that Australia toured to or that toured Australia. ODI's are probably very similar but 500 wickets is a great acheivement.

Its not bad at all, but the Wreslemania posters are usually very 'epic' so to say. They feature the two headline acts on it rather than just one main wrestler like other PPV's. The graphic like you said is simple, yet effective. have you put a blend over the whole image, the WM25 thing looks like it has a hard light over it?

Yeah i did this on my laptop which i realised had very few fonts, this was the only one i kinda liked on it... cheers for the feedback though. if your looking to get better, try and download or buy if you have a conscience photoshop. psdtuts.com is an amazing tutorial site

Not sure why you quoted me in your post... but yeah ill leave some feedback Hayley -- I think any banner with Hayley in it is brilliant, but i'm going to try and be unbias here. It isn't bad and the cut is quite good, not sure if you did it yourself or not. The background is ok, maybe could have had some other images of hayley in the background blended in. Im not a big fan of the orange vector styled brush on top though. But good effort. RKO -- Nice banner, again maybe blend some more randy into the backgrond peforming the punt or rko, just so it isnt cut and background. Text could use some work but it looks like your going for subtle. I think Randy slightly bigger would have been better too. Have him still cut before the nose but just bigger. Sabin - I like the grunge tag thing, I used something kind of similar in my 'dexter' web layout that i posted here a month or so back. But again it is just mssing something for my liking. Overall good graphics for a beginner and well since your using Gimp its not that bad at all... i haven't used gimp in along long time and dont know what its like to blend in there. Since u like Hayley check out my last topic i started here, one of here in there u might like lol.

What is it with the Brits not keeping anything The Office lasted 2 seasons and a christmas special Faulty Towers last 2 seasons Extras last 2 seasons and an extra episode Hell you couldnt even keep the ashes for more than a year take a risk every now and then, those shows are awesome and could have been awesome for at least another season. i suppose its better to end it before to bad to watch COUGHPRISONBREAKCOUGH.
