Just once I want a company to call me and say "Sorry, you didn't get the job" rather than shitting out a generic one sentence form letter at 6:30 PM, the equivalent of them saying "You didn't get the job, why don't you go eat shit and die"

My company really cares. When we reject you, I will personally shit into a bag and send it to you, along with razor blades.
Well, I won't personally shit in the bag, my intern will do that, but I (pretend to) pay him, so the sentiment's still there.
