Thanks yeah i remember now i thought Snow Storm was good (although not a patch on Three Leaf Clover) and did it first time.

Sorry here i don't remember if i did the Snow Storm mission if some one could post a brief description in spoiler tags if needed it would be much appreciated.

I believe that you can do them whenever as i saw the first Pathos one yesterday and decided to continue with what i was doing then when i went past today he was there again.

Met Brian first outside the cab office when he gave me $100 then the next two times were a street or two away from your first safe house. The only others i have encountered were Badman i want to say in Dukes or near Steinway somewhere but i can't really remember and Pathos at Star Junction. You only see the icon if you are near them i believe and it is completely at random hence random characters.
