Fuck. My. Life. As. Well.

Utes! Great victory. Fuck USC. We're coming for the Rose Bowl, these guys deserve it.

Gutted about this, I loved Power Rangers as a kid and Jason David Frank seemed like the coolest person in the world to me at the time. Really, really sad.
Couldn't have said it any better myself. Sad news to read about and I can only hope that he's in a better place and made peace with himself.

Devin Singletary is only 5'7, you wouldn't see him at all.
Why do you think I wanted to watch?

Kinda disappointed we won't be seeing them play the game in six feet of snow.

I don't normally root for guys having a career night against my team, but Joel Embiid was on another level last night, a joy to watch, and I'm pissed he didn't get 60.

The Jazz continue the worst tanking in NBA history by going 8-3.
Speaking of tanking, there's rumours that the Lakers are looking to off-load Anthony Davis.
Best tank job ever, you mean. Loving this team. Screw the tank, championship or bust.

Kyrie Irving has been suspended for at least 5 games by the Nets.

I think Nash wanted out as much as they wanted to fire him, hence why they're saying it's a mutual agreement to part ways. Nash, like Kidd before him, probably needs a few years as an assistant before getting another head coaching job.

How is that possible? Isn't Udoka still considered a Celtics employee even being suspended?
Celtics are letting him walk for free and sign somewhere else so they don't have to pay him.

Amazing. I fully expect KD to request a trade again and Kyrie to be sitting out by the all star break. What a dumpster fire.

Brooklyn Nets and Steve Nash have parted ways after a 2-5 start.

CMC the first player since 2005 with a passing TD, a recieving TD, and a rushing TD all in the same game.

And the Jazz improve to 3-0. This is great. Screw the Victor tank.
-
Don't worry, I'm annoyed too. Apparently, nobody told this team that we're supposed to be tanking.

That buzzer beater was awesome. Hopefully the defense was just a bad first game and getting use to his new teammates.

Well, that just made my night.

The Wolves did their best to blow multiple double digit leads, but crawled across the line in the end. KAT throwing up alley-oops to Gobert will never not feel very weird.
Very glad I watched the Nets/Pelicans game, mainly to see how well the Pels played, but also because the Nets look like a team of nothing but individuals trying to one-up each other.
How did you like the way Rudy played overall? Stats-wise, looked like he had a great game.

Just want to point out that three former Jazzmen lead their new teams in scoring in their debuts tonight. Rudy, Donovan, and Bojan Bogdanovic. And then the Jazz beat the Nuggets by 21 points. I don't care what happens the rest of the season, I'm happy right now.

I'm almost optimistic that the Jazz will field a highly competitive team, while still losing lots of games. Would also be OK if we went 1-81, as long as we beat Denver tonight.
Also, fuck Rudy Gay.

But, that logo. Amazing. And the few photos of his that I just saw, he's great at it.

When I was a young teen, over twenty years ago, I was a big Kid Rock rock. My cousin and I thought he was one of the greatest musicians, he could sing, had hit after hit, he was everywhere. But, my mom couldn't stand him or us listening to him.
Now? I can't stand the guy and rarely listen to his music. My mom? My 70 year old mom and her 60 something best friend are on their way to see Kid Rock in concert this weekend.
TL;DR- Kid Rock's fan base has changed from young teen boys to grandma's.

I am going to do everything in my power to make the Wizards win the lottery this year.
Pelicans have swap rights with the Lakers this year.
You really think a silly thing like swap rights will stop the NBA from rigging the lottery?

I predicted to my friends today that the Jazz will finish with a bottom 5 record, I'll be super excited about potentially drafting Victor or Scoot Henderson, the Lakers will barely miss the playoffs, and end up with a top 2 pick.

Niners might be too far down the waiver list to claim Baker, unless nobody else really wants him. And even if they do claim him, I have a hard time seeing him taking the starting job, unless Purdy sticks it up.
