I tell you what, I didn't really get into Korn's last album too much apart from a few great outstanding individual efforts (i.e. Politics mostly) - but judging from their new song "Evolution" their new album has a hell of a lot of promise. I'm actually blown away by how catchy it is, I'm definatly going to be going out and getting their new album now come the end of July, what do you Korn fans think of it?

Funnily enough also their next album apparently isn't going to have a name, it's just going to go by the music. Interesting.

  2. Cheers for that Misanthrope, I heard from some Leicester fans part of the problem was no-one daring to criticise Neill for his sub-par performances and Kisnorbo had been getting a lot of his stick also. I personally don't rate Luke Wilkshire either so that explains a lot. I hope he settles in eventually - even if he's dropped for the next game.

  3. I always hate to jump on bandwagons but this is an excellent piece of work ADDavis. Some of the best I have seen in the Dome for quite a while. The idea works surprisingly well and you certainly have made it better in content and material than what the title puts in the imagination. There is also a lot of potential for the future for this diary, which i'm sure you can follow through. I'm especially liking how you are portraying Randy Orton and Vince - the Boogeyman joke which got him fired was a great idea. Keep up the good work, i'll be reading.

  4. I haven't seen one personally and I also think that your brother might find it difficult to sell Pokemon cards now for a decent price. Sadly the best time to sell them was during the original phase when you could get up to 500 quid for a full original set. I wished i'd sold mine in that time :( I could be wrong however, but that's how I think the situation is right now.

  5. I have key highlights on a medium speed, so I can see how the team are actually playing and make adjustments if need be against my opponents. I get bored if i just sit there and see the space at the bottom of the teams flash my colour to say i've scored.

  7. The Weather Man - 7/10

While on paper it doesn't look the strongest story on the screen "The Weather Man" is a good little film. It makes up for a pretty un-interesting plot outline in theory with tweaks that make it stand out from other films of the same nature - like Nicholas Cage's character taking up archery. The relationship between Cage and Michael Caine (his father) is also a very good part of this film - even if Caine's acting as an American wasn't to my taste. The friction between them is very well presented and the whole idea of how Cage can't do anything right in his father's eyes is presented well - especially with subtle hints like not being able to buy his dad a newspaper because of not having enough change, this then turning to a coffee later on. The directing in "The Weather Man" is also spot on, a lot of shots show clocks and a ticking sound which I loved - I guess symbolising how life is moving on for all the characters. There was a lot I loved about this film, although from the outside I wasn't expecting much so perhaps that's why I was more plesently surprised.

  8. This is a good deal for Man City, i've got a good feeling about this move to make Eriksson boss. No doubt he feels like he's got something to prove to everyone - especially the press. I do personally hope it works out for him also, I believe City will be in the top ten this year. Especially if they get players like Roque Santa Cruz - that makes my mouth water.

  9. Screw Tevez - we've landed Hossien Kaebi at Leicester today, quality right winger for Iran. He's only 21 and has played over fifty international games over the last four years. We beat off competition from Spurs and Wigan to land him :D:D

    Woooo!

  10. Sheffield United annoyed me more than West Ham anyways, the Blades should never have been in the Premiership in the first place - they were no way in the top three best teams in the championship so i've always held that against them. Hopefully this will mark the end of Sheffield United in the Premiership for good.
