  1. What FIFA should do is have the Omega World Cup... like Hamster's old Cube diary... wherein the bottom 16 or 24 ranked nations in the world play to find the best of the worst. Stagger it so these teams play on World Cup off days to keep the football spirits lively.

Worst of the Best was awarded to Germany in 2018.

While he was in the speed force? Why did the stupid zombie flash not go after Savitar until after Iris was saved, then? He seemed fine with Savitar's existence the whole time he was on Earth and running around through out time being a god and whatnot.

Because the Speed Force Prison had an occupant, Jay Garrick. Once Garrick got out the Speed Force sent the Black Flash after the most egrerious abuser... Savitar.

  3. I know this isn't the case.

But I want Savitar to be caucasian, ginger Wally West. Slap some other WW name to his initials, William Westerling just to make all the comicbook fans' heads simultaneous implode and explode.

  4. I agree that Tai torpedoed any chance he had of winning with his performance at Tribal. He went from odds on favourite to he'll make it through next week thanks to his idol, but he will be lucky to get any votes from the jury now.

I disagree about Cydney, she plays very selfishly and doesn't compromise. I think she might find it hard to win votes due to the fact she turned her back on Brawn (not that I blame her) and then Tai. She does what she wants, and how she likes. She isn't overly endearing to the rest of the group.

Aubry's game is the best right now. She might not agree with anyone but she finds ways to work with them, and gauge the group mood and goes with it. If she had been 100% behind Tai, she wouldn't have heeded Cydney's desire to oust Jason. (Which was poor game play as he was beardy-gruff goat I'd have taken to the end.)

I only know Joe and Michelle exist because somehow they keep popping up now and again, despite doing nothing on the show.

  5. When Camillo fled to Mexico, the Whitecaps spent last season without a pure striker, hopefully Rivero manages to fit in with the 'Caps and proves that threat in front of the net that they desperately require.

Carl Robinson seems to be a very savvy coach, the fact the Whitecaps continue to make signings from Central and South America, this isn't accidental, as Robinson finds European youth players to often arrive with a feeling of entitlement because of the football culture of Europe. The Central and South American players arrive eager to prove themselves and improve their lives.

(I can find a link to the interview if any one is interested.)

Cubo to Houston sounds like a natural fit.

  6. So, as far as the recent episode goes:

You did see all of the scars on Oliver's body, right? You've seen the fights in which he's been. You've seen what he's survived before. Getting stabbed through a lung is, oddly enough, survivable, albeit unlikely. The cold may help - reduced circulation and all that. The real issue is whether his body could withstand the fall.

Honestly, though, the moment he actually chose a weapon, I knew Oliver was going to lose. The only chance he may have had was in hand-to-hand combat, and even then, it was unlikely.

I think Ra's knows that Oliver didn't kill Sarah, which is why he mentioned Queen taking him for a fool, and also why Oliver was stabbed through the chest instead of through the heart.

Well, if you're going to do a cliffhanger, you might as well have your titular character fall off of a cliff.

What happened in this episode is the opposite of a cliff HANGER!

  7. Also, NYC apparently landed Omar Salgado for "future considerations"

This is due to being an expansion side NYC doesn't have a transfer freeze whereas all the established team cannot make transfers, therefore, Vancouver was in the situation of either protecting Salgado and possibly losing someone else, not protecting him and losing him for nothing, or this... wherein both Vancouver and NYC will receive part of the transfer fee as Salgado wants to play overseas. Not sure where, but I'd suspect Europe.

This was the least-bad option for the Whitecaps.

    Carl Robinson's explanation.
