  1. I always thought that Bloc Party got lucky with Banquet and rode it for all they could which would explain the slump in AWITC. Not all is lost - their are plenty of new artists making great music out of the UK in the last six months, personally I'm hooked on The Long Blondes and Just Jack.

  2. I'm going to be kind of glad to see the focus off of Kim. I think I heard she was only going to be here for a few episodes this season, I don't know why but I just don't find the stuff with J.D. and her to be interesting. I normally love his relationships because they provide for another little side story, but Kim has just seemed to be something I can't get into.

You honestly think this will be the end of Kim? If anything we are going to see her more.

  4. That may be true, I'll try to locate the head of ESPN's comments in the one article. He talks about MMA as a sport and why they air things like the hot dog contest and chess instead. He also mentioned (this was before last summer) how they planned to air some domino? specials.
  5. To drag this slightly off topic, the full Coachella lineup was released:

  6. I'm mighty tempted to blow a bit of my savings and just make the trip (excuse to check out Disneyland and DCA before the show too). I was going to see the Roots in April locally, but when you add in Air who apparently play an incredible show, plus Tiesto who my mate raved about when he saw him in Germany last year, plus the Arctic Monkeys the Chilli Peppers. But yeah, RATM would have to be the major drawcard for me too simply because they would be incredible to see in person. Live cds and dvds are good, but they wouldn't do them justice.
