  1. I've been to loads of concerts, first one was stone sour and murderdolls back in 2003 teh day before my 14th birthday, and i got pretty banged up from that, just a few brusies though.

That was my second live gig, which one did you go to? I was at the Birmingham Academy one - and seeing as I wasn't a big fan of Murderdolls I missed part of their set and went outside to go to McDonalds with my mate. We were sitting down on a bench and some dude came up to us and gave us a plectrum each - it was Josh Rand (Y) awesome.

  2. I wouldnt worry too much.

I went to the sunday at download last year, was in the pit for slipknot and machine head, and again, i got pretty beat up, but it's nothing too serious...and i think machine heads pits are meant to be the worst out of the more mainstream metal bands, correct me if I'm wrong though.

Saw fozzy and bowling for soup, but there not the sort of gigs that your going to get rough crowds at.

Going to download again this week, all weekend (well once i've done my english exam on the friday) Slipknot, Slayer, Sabbath, System, Mudvayne, Megadeth, Napalm Death etc. I'm not exactly big, 5"8 i think, and i only weigh 8 anda half stone. So i wouldnt expect anything worse than a few bruises

As far as best and worst go...drowning pool and slipknot at download last year were by far the best bands i've seen live, worst would be korn at download, they were abysmal.

  3. I'm still undecided, im on the fourth listen through right now, BYOB and Cigaro are awesome songs, and i like the rest...but theres nothing on there that jumps out and grabs you, which is a shame.

On a slightly stranger note...now that serj has that hair do, he looks exactly like my year 8 history teacher...but with a stick on beard. I can visualise her up on stage singing SOAD's stuff. ITs not a pretty image.

  4. Cradle of Filth - Nymphetamine providing your into that sort of music, it is a blistering album, with the title track being there best single ever IMO and gilded c*** is pretty awesome too. Go on. Tell me im just some punk ass rock kid who should listen to "real" cradle of filth

  5. oh cmon guys, no one mentioned street fighter II? i still get goosebumps when i hear that intro music, lol, sounds sad, but i first played street fighter in the arcades when i was v young (5 or 6) and on holiday, and it was the coolest thing ever, for the next two years i wanted to be ryu, lol.

Also MGS music is tres cool

  7. lol, there's no way maiden are overrated, and sure, not everyone's gonn alike them, but i personally do, and im v impressed you've got so many albums, i wish i could say i had that many, i only have two (edward the great and dance of death) oh and visions of the beast dvd, seriously though, dance of death is a sweet album

  8. I personally love the album, its really fast paced and aggressive, but, i wouldnt get it if you were expecting all the songs to be like nymphetamine, as that is teh only track thats remotely melodic. The rest of the album is solid, with my personal favourite being gilded cunt, but yeah, i like it, and think its a pretty kick ass cd.
