lol Actually it's not so bad, you could potentially have Heracross as your third. Given that its hidden ability is Moxie, that's pretty brutal (Attack boost every time it defeats something). My Friend Safari's abysmal apparently. Dedenne, Helioptile and Galvantula. Also I got my Chlorophyll Ivysaur so you don't need to stay online Sousa. Also means I can breed Bulletproof Chespin and Chlorophyll Bulbasaur for people.

TKz you don't have a third. Have you beaten the Elite Four yet? You have a Bug Friend Safari btw. Butterfree and Volbeat are your first two.

Each player has a type set for them for their Friend Safari, and three specific Pokemon of that type. The actual Friend Safari place is in Kiloude City, accessible by train from Lumiose City. The third Pokemon only shows up if they've beaten the Elite Four, and the Pokemon they have can have their hidden abilities if your friend is online at the same time as you. I'm gonna add you now TKz and I'll let you know the details of your Friend Safari. Also TKz you need to get back online, if you're not online I can't see your third.

Well I have a Ditto now so I can breed Chespins with Bulletproof if you want. I'd want a Fennekin too, since I started with Chespin and got a Froakie. Also could absolutely give you a Sunkern.

Yes. You have Sunkern, Ivysaur and Quilladin. Got Sunkern and Quilladin with their hidden abilities, now I'm hunting Ivysaurs (huhuhuhuhuhu). TKz what is your friend code?

I was planning to sleep in tomorrow, but I might have to get up early for that. We should do more free mode mucking around, particularly now they reduced the death penalty.

Well that's disappointing :/ Vitamin E, just added you a bit ago and your Safari is Normal. I saw Minccino and Dunsparce, but couldn't see the third as you weren't online. I wouldn't mind checking that at some point since three of the four possibilities for that third spot have excellent hidden abilities - Healer Chansey, Imposter Ditto and Anticipation Eevee. And I've already gone on about the Imposter Ditto before, but if I could get my hands on one of those I'd be stoked.

Would you mind? I have no idea what type I am, let alone what my Pokemon are.

Kats in case you are interested, your three Friend Safari Pokemon are Dedenne, Pikachu and Galvantula.

At the expense of power though. I only ever hold off an evolution if I'd get a move a) not long after when it would normally evolve, or b) it's dramatically sooner than if it did evolve. Like for example, Golett evolves into Golurk at 43. It learns Earthquake at 45. Golurk learns Earthquake at 50. So I held off evolution for two levels so I'd get Earthquake sooner. Otherwise yeah I just evolve whenever. If you prefer to hold off on it then more power to you, if you want to challenge yourself then go for it.

Well there's your problem. Also just looked, her third was Mawile. Probably fell to an Earthquake from Golurk, or a Lava Plume from the Magcargo I was using at the time. Remember that Mr. Mime and Mawile have more than just Fairy weaknesses >_>

Only one of the gym leader's Pokemon that gave me trouble was Sylveon, and I just brute forced that with Blastoise. Mr. Mime fell to a Shadow Punch from my Golurk, and I honestly don't remember her third so it must have fallen easily too So easy to level in X and Y. First time I've ever outlevelled the Champion on my first go. Even had one team member each get a KO. My final team, for those interested, was Chesnaught, Blastoise, Golurk, Mawile, Gardevoir and Torkoal. And now Blastoise, Gardevoir and Mawile have their mega stones, so they can all mega evolve. Haven't tried Mega Mawile yet, but both Blastoise and Gardevoir are beasts.

What. Also yeah, "leaked" DLC already on the game disc? About as legit as you'd expect imo.

Spore has 100% accuracy, Sleep Powder is only 75%. Also Mean Look only works while the Pokemon that used it is on the field. I would think you should go for Spore/Mean Look/Super Fang/False Swipe. Super Fang will be plenty to get them low enough for False Swipe to knock them down to 1 HP. Only issue would be that you can't get any Ghosts this way due to the Normal immunity. But eh. That's just what I reckon.

So I think I've found the worst horde so far. Using Mawile, got a swarm of Nosepass. They have Magnet Pull, so I can't switch and I can't run, and I have to faint the lot >_> Also my friend code is 3926 - 5644 - 1257.

I am fairly certain that you can't breed Ditto, unfortunately. If that has changed then count me in for one as well. I would absolutely use an Imposter Ditto in my team.

Well to be fair that's always been the case with Heracross. So I've done two Wonder Trades so far, done pretty well. First was my Minun for a Phantump which promptly evolved into Trevenant, and second was a Spritzee for a Gastly. Not bad. Also because I know you guys all want to know, team so far is Quilladin, Fletchinder, Wartortle, Pikachu, Floette and Whismur.

Give Mr. Mime an Odd Essence. Not only would it help set the mood, you'd get a Mime Jr. egg instead of a Mr. Mime egg. So I caved and bought Y today. Once I have a friend code I'll probably bug you guys for trading stuff.

Well it does get Sheer Force before it evolves. Can't remember if it's a hidden ability or not but that's not bad. When it Mega evolves it gets Huge Power though. Which is insane. Pretty sure that gives it the highest Attack in the game.

So I hadn't planned on getting this because I just spent $320 on an XBox and GTA V, but goddamnit between you guys and one of my mates I'm on the verge of caving Question though: how hard would it be to get a Ditto with its hidden ability Imposter? If I could get one of those I would absolutely use it in my team. Also I was looking at Mawile today on Serebii and all it says is "Special" for how to find it, does anyone know what that actually means? Like, how do you get a Mawile? I...may have spent a lot of the afternoon thinking about this >_>
