  1. According to cagematch, he also goes by Jester, who is in the game. He wrestles as both names it appears in different federations. The other fed he has wrestled as Jester lately is Black Diamond Wrestling. I say if he is a champ in IWC, then add him there and change his name to Keith Haught and Jester as an alter ego. I would also add Dark Dragon as an alter ego as well. EDIT: This may not be the same person. Haught according to cagematch is American and Jester in the game is listed as British. The pictures look fairly similar though. Another edit: sorry. It's not the same person, Haught is NOT in the game. Jester in the game is Jack Jester (as his alter ego says). I would change his name to Jack Jester as that is what he has wrestled as lately. Jester and Lee Thomas are alter egos. His weight is 229 according to cagematch, and in the game he is listed as a lightweight. Not sure if that needs to be changed. Okay. Done editing.
  2. I'm just wondering out loud but is OMEGA a full time fed again? I noticed their name pop up a few times recently. Also wanted to mention that Extreme Rising is returning. Also a final note, my suggestion to add Metro Pro Wrestling can be halted. They are taking a hiatus/closing its doors for the time being (they lost their tv deal).
  3. I wouldn't remover her from TNA just yet. Nothing official has been announced on her departure. I would however make her a non-wrestler.
  4. Nobody asked you to do it, nor is what you're doing particularly useful to the vast majority of people who play EWR. The only thing going for what you're doing is that you're not suggesting adding in more and more relationships into the game. I think its very useful. These people may not be used by most people, but this is a stats update that is supposed to be realistic. If not than we can just do a update every 6 months with only updates to the top three feds. I for one don't play this as much as I used to because I've had a lot of distractions this year. I am thankful that someone is keeping stats up to date for ones besides the obvious ones. Like last year or whenever it was when someone on here was keeping updates on CMLL and AAA. I miss that because it keeps it real. It also makes it easier (and more understandable) when guys become overnight sensations and then don't need a 50 point speed increase just because people suddenly know who they are. One aspect I like about this game is that it has so many guys I never heard of before that when I hear their name outside of the game it feel like I know them. I'll see stats on a guy I want to sign that I'll look him up to see how good he is. It makes the game better especially when signing developmental guys when you know them as opposed to just guys with decent stats. I finally got to see CWFH a few months ago on TV and there were only a couple I never heard of before. That was because I knew them from the game. So I think its very important and useful to do it. Plus nobody asks Bill to update the stats every month, but I everyone appreciates him doing it. If Fusion wants to do this, I am very grateful for him going through all the trouble to update these lesser knowns that could just have the same stats for 5 years with no change. To get back on topic though, is there a reason Eric Watts is listed as Jason Watts in the game? On the CWFH website he is listed as Eric. I also noticed a couple people on their site not in the game. I forgot who they were, I'm not on the page now. Also if anyone wants to add some people, there are a few people from Prime Wrestling not in the game either. I know the few isn't in the game, but would be nice to have more people and would make it easier to add Prime into the game at some point since they have some fairly big names there (Zach Gowen, Gregory Iron, Jimmy Jacobs, Gargano (an original), and Rhino has been there a lot lately).
  5. 7000 sounds good. It was more of a one off I think, but still I can see it being bumped. I hope to play that sometime this week. Just got done playing Saints Row 4 so I'm still in the mood for some destruction. Now is the perfect time for my gamefly trial.
  6. I would also make him inactive. According to his website (which was last updated in 2009) he hasn't wrestled since 2007. I would also change his name to Neal Isaak (his real name) since WLW isn't in the game anymore. Also change him to a lightweight (listed at 215 on his website). I would raise his overness to 9 or 10. He was in an opening round tournament match for ROH earlier this year and has wrestled more actively than I was aware. I never seen him wrestle but Moore has teamed with Nick Colucci a couple times, he needs to be added to the game and the team known as Beer City Bruisers. Keep the updates coming Fusion, I'm glad you're doing it. Also thanks Bill for the monthly updates. I haven't played much lately, but it makes it much easier to start a game with current stats.
  7. Who was this tag team called Wings in WCW?

  8. nice D'Lo Brown interview. Always been a fan.

  9. I agree with most of those with a couple exceptions. The ones with Ron Simmons and Vader don't need to be added I don't think. If the game was set 10-15 years ago, I would agree, but its 2013. I doubt they hang out all that much these days. I think part of the problem is that a lot of these relationships (especially the friendships) are just outdated and irrelevant. Look at Justin Credible. He is friends with all the other members of The Clique. In 2013, one of his friends is in charge of firing and hiring of the largest wrestling company in the world, yet hasn't hired him for a postion (unlike those like Billy Gunn and Road Dogg). Sure they may still hang out and talk occasionally, but in the wresting world, friend is tossed around too much. You are friends with most people you work with, then once you no longer work there, you don't talk to them as much. It's not that you hate them, you just lose touch with them. It's nice to catch up with friends from 15-20 years ago and you may still call them friends, but you won't lose sleep or morale if they are not working with you everyday. Going through the June data (I never downloaded the July stats), Shawn Stasiak is friends with all of the other Power Plant/Natural Born Thrillers. 13 years ago, yes, that makes sense. 2013 it really doesn't. I'm not sure how often he wrestles these days (last I heard he enjoyed being a chiropracter and no real interest in wrestling full time), but I'm not sure he's booking or cancelling gigs because Mike Sanders is/isn't on the card. Again, they may talk and hang out, but neither would be too upset if the other isn't in the same company as them. I know in the past I have complained about too many relationships, and I still think there are, but I think before we decide to overhaul it (which I think might need to be in order), I think we should have definite guidelines about how deep friendships should start, loyalty, hatred, and such. Also some guidelines for how much time should pass before we evaluate these friendships. Are friendships in 1996 relevant in 2013? What about dislikes? The guide is too vague in definitions for these and should be addressed. Having said all that, I recently saw a Stone Cold interview, and I would remove the dislike with Eric Bischoff. He said his firing was water under the bridge, and things worked out ok in the end and they even worked together afterwards, so they both moved on.
  10. Get well soon Jack Gamble. Hope you and your family fully recovers.

  11. What's the beef with Morgan and Bully. I know Bully said some stuff in an interview, but he was slightly in character I believe.
  12. I don't get to watch much of Metro Pro Wrestling, I mainly follow it through their website- http://metrowrestling.com/ and from some other websites and twitter. They have a TV show on a local sports network, and the Heavyweight Champ, Mark Sterling, has been fighting champions from other feds, or other big name stars. Their website is pretty accurate, and the roster on their page is pretty accurate as far as I know. Adam Pearce and Colt Cabana do appear often, so they aren't just one offs. I wish I had more info for you than that. They do have a lot of videos posted on youtube to help with adding the wrestlers not in it. Another fed I watched (until recently) was Prime Wrestling. It didn't seem to me the website was updated too regularly, but they also have a TV show on a sports network (the channel is a regional sports network, but it broadcast nationally). I know they had a few iPPV's a year and it has seemed in the last year, they have lost a lot of momentum. Sometimes it picks up in the summer for their August event- Wrestlelution. They usually get some big names for one offs. http://www.primewrestling.com/index2.php They also post videos of their shows to get an idea of the stars, among them are Johnny Gargano, Matt Cross, and Gregory Iron, who all play major roles in the shows. Gargano and Iron have been there since the inception. Hope that helps a little, sorry, but neither come on my tv anymore, so I don't follow on tv, just through the net (actually I'm done with Prime, but it wouldn't be a bad fed to include).
  13. I second Metro Pro Wrestling, especially sense they have been bringing in bigger names for some of their main event title matches. Not sure if this should be a spoiler or not (I'm not sure of the TV cycle of MAVTV yet), but add Todd Kennely back to CWFH. He returned on the episode I'm currently watching.
  14. Add Heather Patera as Alter Ego for Miss Natural When I heard she was Ken's daughter a few months back I was very surprised. Are Naylor and Keirn officially gone? I heard rumors, but nothing official. I even heard (and judging from his twitter posts its possible), that Naylor got promoted.
  15. What? The last couple Kaitlyn matches Layla's been at ringside and Michael Cole even made mention to it that she's been at her side since AJ and Big E turned out to be the secret admirer. I don't think that means she's managing her, she's being a good friend. Until Layla is officially annouced as her manager, I wouldn't change it.
  16. So from my understanding, Jason Jones gave up the WLW title and is being renamed Leland Race to carry on the Race tradition.

  17. uhh, Harley Race has a son? Leland Race is scheduled to appear at the next WLW show. Hmm...

  18. According the the WLW facebook page, Ryan Drago has signed a developmental deal with WWE. I haven't heard any place else announce this yet, but last week he did relinquish the WLW Heavyweight Title, so it seems to make sense. He was the message they posted: Congratulations to Ryan Drago on his WWE developmental contract. I don't think it urgent to add this, but just thought I would pass it along. To be honest, I'm not even even sure he is in the game, I haven't played the newest updates in a while. If he is (or isn't) add a friendship with Brandon Traven (who should be renamed Brian Breaker since he was released), they are real good friends and worked together in WLW.
  19. I agree, however, I believe all of those mentioned have done it on a few occasions, not very good, but still. I think Kaitlyn could be a decent announcer if she was given the chance, the others I'm not sure. Since his release, Brandon Traven has changed his twitter name (not his twitter handle) to Brian Breaker. I would imagine that he'll be going by that name again in the indies.
  20. Maybe I will get to meet Brandon Traven soon since odds are he'll be back in WLW soon.

  21. I kinda hate to bring it up, but she was trending last night on twitter. I could see a little bit of a boost based on that. Not that everytime someone is trending they should get a boost, but it does merit something for some of the lower card and managers when they can get people talking. I know she only danced, but for a lot of the audience, I think last night might have been the first time they heard her name, but I could be wrong. I am in no way advocating like a 20 point boost, but 3-4 points could be acceptable.
  22. Thanks. Yeah I started to look into it a bit and having a bit of trouble. I might add them, but I actually found a decent list of competitors for All-Star Wrestling (or All-Star Championship Wrestling) based out of British Columbia that included among others Ken Anderson. I might add both and just leave STAMPEDE blank just to add a new fed in so that the game won't add some in. I'm not sure if I posted it or not, but this is for EWR. I like the simplicity of it over TEW (I've tried playing TEW 05 a few times, I like it, but too complex).
  23. That sounds good. I think the wages are severely inflated. Ms. Jones was getting paid 80K for an open contract that is absurd. What I was going to do was change the pay scale to 1,000 per each point of overness. Using this model, someone like The Rock who would have an overness of 100 would be paid 100,000 a month which would equate to 1.2 Million a year, which I think is fair. The only problem is figuring out what each persons overness should be. On a side note, I have added 3 federations so far- Maryland Championship Wrestling, AAA, and CMLL. MCW has 10 people in the game already, CMLL has 3, and AAA has 0. I'm not sure what more I will add to MCW (except adding a couple people who are champions that aren't in the game), but I want to add more to AAA and CMLL. I get distracted easily so when I start something within 15 minutes, I have ventured into something entirely different. I won't be making daily updates, maybe not even weekly, but once I get to a point where I have made enough changes to warrant file to be uploaded, I will. I think my current need if anyone wants to help, is help with CMLL and AAA. I also would like a possible Canadian fed or two. I'll be looking into Border City Wrestling in a bit, does anyone know any big Canadian Feds?
  24. Halloween and Ciclope are one in the same? Screw El Dandy, who am I to doubt Jesus Partida?

  25. I decided to play this scenario a while back, and in the process found a few things that despite being a fantasy scenario still needed to be changed (like Crowbar was not in WCW at the end of March, just minor things). Anyways, I decided I wanted to make a few modifications to it and add more federations and wrestlers. In 2001, the indies were starting to slump bad, but still had a few big name feds out there- ECWA, JAPW, NWA Wildside, just to name a few. The other thing is that some good talent was in the indies and I always feel I'd like to have as many options as possible when it comes to who to sign. What I am proposing is that in this modification I am making, most things are still true to life with the exception that Fusient made a deal to buy WCW instead of Vince McMahon. I still have ECW going out of business since their last actual show took place in January. That's the other beauty is that while some went to WWF, many showed up in a lot of indies beginning in March. I would also make a slight change with WCW as well. I had read that Fusient backed out when a TV deal with AOL/Time Warner couldn't be reached. However, before the shows were cancelled, the plan was still to have a "Season Finale" on March 26th, and return to TV in late April with early May PPV Big Bang (I finally saw a poster of the PPV online yesterday). Anyways in this scenario, I would basically freeze the rosters for the month of April and start the game in May with both Nitro and Thunder still being on air (or back from hiatus so to speak). So, the reason I am posting this, is that I was wondering if anyone is interested in helping out? I am finding old chat groups to find wrestlers who is not in the game I want to add, but for now, I want some help on relationships that were accurate to that time frame. I have been going through some, and they just aren't right for early 2001 (such as a hate relationship between Jerry Lawler and Stacy Carter). Anyone interested in helping out. I also want to add some more federations, as of now AAA and CMLL are the two biggest I want to add. In the end I would like to have about 15-20 feds (the original only has 5. Anyone familiar with that time period for those two feds? I am getting most of my stuff online, but would like it to be as accurate as possible. Other feds I want to include at some point is ECWA, MCW, WLW (more for me than anyone else), All-Star Championship Wrestling, and UPW among others. I would like to have a couple at least from each level not including backyard. So in the end, does anyone want to help? I'm not going to put what I have done yet because basically I haven't done anything to the game itself (except a couple minor changes), but mostly done research. Even if nobody is interested, if anyone could help with ideas for websites to check out, I'd appreciate it. I will use cagematch at some point just not now, as I'm looking more for eyewitness accounts right now from the time period. I found some newsletters from early 2001 and working on that now. I think my toughest task will be providing stats for the wrestlers I add because I usually suck at that, but I can work on that.
