Beat the Pats 13-28, covering Gronkowski is the main thing against them as they target him a ridiculous amount. More damn penalties all over the place though and another two needless interceptions, one with 20 seconds to go when I was in the redzone and stupidly tried to get a passing TD. Just noticed I have a bye next week but it get's worst as I then play DYSI in week 5 and then again in week 7, goodbye winning streak

Bizarre game against the Colts which I won 17-42. One of the worst teams I've come up against, went into the half 2-35 up (the 2 was for a bizarre safety which bounced off of the head of Brown into the end zone and they made a tackle on my recovering guy). They couldn't defend anything, Brown was destroying them with sheer ease and offensively they were awful. Enter the second half where EA decided to suddenly flick the switch. 2-3 bizarre penalties against me to stop me getting TD's, an INT that bounced off of the head of Bryant and into the hands of their player who dived from out of nowhere, another safety and more. They suddenly couldn't be stopped on offense and I couldn't do anything on offense. The safety and INT saw them running down over an entire quarter. Probably should be happy beating a team by such a large margin but going into the half at 35-2 I felt like I was on for huge numbers, funny old game at times. Not sure if it was just an off game for them but the Colts can seriously be got at.

Destroyed the Jags 45-17. To be honest they were lucky to get their two TD's. Feared the worst as the opening drive they went about 75 yards with their RB to score a TD, From there though it was all me, they gave up 2 or 3 TD's towards the end of the second quarter, their QB was having an absolute nightmare (I originally started the game and had a powercut two minutes in at 0-0 btw, I wasn't trying to cheat with the two starts ). Need to work on the amount of silly INT's I give up. Another one in this game while going out of my way to target my TE rather than being patient and checking the play. Also becoming a bit annoying with how many penalties it's giving me, feel like I'm getting 5+ a game now and they're all CPU based, not even my own doing!

I played the Redskins game to check out some of my new guys. I'm fine with rolling straight on to week 1 on Monday if people want to. Also I grabbed TE Chandler from the free agency as I forgot I was going to release Blanchflower.

A bit gutted to miss out on Jackson by one single pick and to the Bengals of all teams. We'll see if Burns over Billings works out for us.

We need to speed things up, Madden 17 will be out before we get out of pre-season at this rate

@DYSI Just had a look and there's nobody I'm interested in signing so you can skip me on every round

I'll take a quick look now but I expect I might only pick up one player in this first round and then you can skip me from then on. When are we good to play our games? After everybody has made their picks?

My mistake on playing the game, wanted to try my new players out straight after the draft. Did it not note the result down? I finished the game, went back to the menus and suddenly the servers went down. Bastard game

I'm good to go. Six CB's and they're all pretty shit. Snelling at TE and Robinson at DT saved that draft from being a right stinker for me.

My first two went great but at this stage I'm a bit all over the place.

The main person I wanted in the draft. Went most of last season not using my TE's as I just didn't trust them. Hopefully this dude works out.

Gutted, missed out on my DT which I went all in for, somehow turned me down for the bloody Jags which means I've got to go into the draft and try to change my plans a bit.

I'll come on at 9. First time doing a draft as I missed it last time around, couple of important positions I need to sort.

Friday is the only day I can't do. Also, FREE AGENCY DAY 3!

Sunday would be fine for me for the draft at that time.

Happy with the two signings so far, still in the running for the other three as well.
