Ok those jerseys are sick AF - not like an every-gamer obviously, but those freaking rock

Gotta love Michael Malone's ability to absolutely whine, bitch, and moan after every single possession and absolutely get results for his team. Incredible, INCREDIBLE talent of his, wow!

Watched the first episode of the new season of Them and it was very good and freaky, had to watch something else that was lighter before we went to bed!

Woohoo, credits rolled on the original Paper Mario; played it when I was younger and again in college but never finished it. Finished it today outside in the shade lounging in the shade my new zero gravity reclining lawn chair (early fathers day gift)!
That makes for the year:
- Mega Man Battle Network 1
- Paper Mario

Knicks lost Brunson for a quarter and a half only for him to come out and put up a good second half. Nice to have a win that wasn't heart attack inducing. Love it.
Injuries continuing to pile up so I'm worried of things swinging when they get out to Indy but this has been a great start to the series.
Pacers reportedly send NBA 78 missed calls by officials during Games 1 and 2 vs. Knicks
Thoughts on this Busch?

Maybe if they hadn't paid Deshaun Watson all that money...

LeBron is opting out to chase one last ring somewhere else. Or play with Br-hahahahahaha
I can see someone drafting Bronny to try and snag Lebron

Some one non-biased tell me what they think about the Vikings trade up for Dallas Turner

One potential draft snafu with possibly big effects - some scuttlebutt that the NFL may bust the Falcons for tampering with Kirk Cousins and drop them from Pick 8 to Pick 32, which would then move everybody else up of course.

@FestiveJack going all in, obviously!

The East feels like such a foregone conclusion. Celtics have boatraced that conference like the LeBron-led teams did in the 00s.
But it's also the 2020s Celtics...

None of that mattered once Fuhrman took the fifth on planting evidence despite answering other questions. That was a killshot of reasonable doubt.
Let's not forget the vaunted Chewbacca defense

Ooh, yeah. I like the idea of multi-ball. Five pitches in rapid fire sequence. Any dingers count, the batter runs after the last pitch.

0-5. When Tommy Pham got traded last year he told the media that the Mets were the least hard-working group of players he's ever been around. None of the players even attempted to defend themselves in a rebuttal. And go figure, they're still playing the same way a calendar year later.
Again my issue isn't the losing it's that they come across like a complacent group of losers just happy to be there. It's shocking how uncompetitive they look the second they face even a smidgen of adversity in a game.
I was gonna @ you when it was 3-0, but I didn't want to jinx it for ya. I guess I should have to jinx the already-present team curse!

Sounds like Rashee Rice was indeed driving in that accident and is now "fully cooperating" with the police. Here's what his counsel said:
Quote"Mr. Rice wants to make certain that it's understood and appreciated that he's going to do everything in his power to bring their life back to as normal as possible, in terms of injuries, in terms of property damage," West said. "And make certain that he is responsible for helping them to get through that particular part of this. Don't get us wrong, we understand that no one can help [the victims] them get over the memories of being in an accident."
Rice has put out a statement himself too:
Quote"Today I met with Dallas PD investigators regarding Saturday's accident," Rice said on Instagram. "I take full responsibility for my part in this matter and will continue to cooperate with the necessary authorities. I sincerely apologize to everyone impacted in Saturday's accident."

The Bills are definitely doing the "punt a season, draft and retool the entire roster" move.
Which I am sure their fanbase was just dying for them to do and waste a season of Josh Allen's prime

Mets swept to open the season. I know my posts seem like “typical Mets fan” but every flaw fans saw on this roster got exposed in the very first series. There’s really no positive takeaways beyond the basic trope of there’s 159 to go.
Meanwhile, the Yanks open 4-0 with Soto serving as the main catalyst in 3 of the wins.
If/when the Mets season falls apart totally I can’t wait for Mets fans to pivot to “well, at least Cohen will get Soto”. While he will probably make the highest offer, there’s no player who willingly picks the Mets over the Yanks. I suspect he’ll give the Yanks a chance to match and, for all the talk of “Hal isn’t George” I think that flies out the window when it comes to possibly losing a 26-year old generational superstar to the Mets. They’re paying him whatever they have to.
Don't forget that reliever got suspended for 3 games for that throwing incident!

Both of the Like a Dragon ones are turn based, the rest are basically beat-em-ups like a modern Final Fight/Streets of Rage(inside battles).
Inside battles, so like open world until you get into a fight?

Which ones of these are all turn based?
The ones that aren't are they like hack and slash ARPGs?

Nice opening day for the Twins! Pablo Lopez looked great, Royce Lewis is back and went yard, Carlos Correa 3 for 4 with 2 ribbies, Byron Buxton didn't get hurt!
I mean it will all implode eventually because...lol Twins...but hard to ask for much better on opening day

Meanwhile the D-Backs have hung...*checks notes*....14 RUNS on the Rockies in the third inning lol

Ohhh that would be siiiiiiiick
Empire at War was one of my favorite games and I always wish that more could have been done with it. I can imagine it as something along those lines but much more sick/crazy/awesome.
