Right now I'm watching Luther, since it has Idris Elba in it, and I think its quite good. Anything similar to that would be nice.

Passable UK Programs?

Is there any good British shows I should watch/should be currently watching? I've gone through nearly everything I want to at this point (except Lost, West Wing and Breaking Bad) and I'd like something a bit different. Any suggestions would be appreciated, I can watch almost anything but I'd rather it be relatively recent so anything in the last ten or so years would be good.

That looks about right to me. I obviously am overvaluing Los but I don't care one bit because he's awesome.

I'm a huge Modern Warfare fan and this looks like MW2 rather than Black Ops, which is nice. After playing tons of Call of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare 2 I just couldn't get into Black Ops at all. Something was a little off for me. I liked World at War a little too, but Modern Warfare 2 has been the best by far

I'd especially look at Into the Wild, Gone Baby Gone and District 9. Big fan of all three of those.

My day gets even better. I still want Randy Moss back though.

I like the decision to get Haynesworth by the Pats. Gave up nothing and chances are he'll be more motivated than in Washington.

I'll take it. As long as he shows up as Titans Haynesworth instead of Redskins Haynesworth I'll be happy and if not, its only a fifth rounder so no problem there. A 4-3 defense with Haynesworth and Wilfork in the middle sounds like something I'm going to enjoy watching.

I think its hilarious that they turned Tara into a cage fighting lesbian and she's STILL the least intresting and most annoying character on this show.

I think thats what they want you to think. Joffrey is a snotty little douche that has gotten everything his whole life and does whatever he wants. He's basically like that weird kid from the vaille but older and without the creepy breastfeeding.

And as for the season finale...holy fuck. That's about all that needs to be said I guess.

Well that was certainly surprising. I like when shows have the balls to off a main character, even though it probably happened in the book first. Too many shows put their characters in life or death situations and have them come out ahead every time. For once, its nice to see the sword actually come down.

I've been playing LA Noire for about two days and I am incredibly bored already. I think that I should get Crysis 2 instead. Anyone play it before?

I didn't really hate the first season of Parks, possibly because I plowed through all of them back to back. Second and Third seasons are much more fun.

Did anyone catch Terriers when it was on last year?

I haven't touched the books yet and I still understand what is going on. I may not remember the names of everyone but its not like I'm completely lost. I'd watch the show and maybe after the first season is over start with the books?

just finished season three of fringe and now I'm watching Parks & Recreation because I've never seen it before. For some reason I thought it used the awkward humor that The Office uses and I really hate that. I'm happy to see that it doesn't and I've been really enjoying it. Just started season two.

We can only hope that this is the season where she dies. Fingers crossed.

Right now I'm catching up on Fringe, which I somehow completely forgot about watching this season. I'm only two episodes in and I'm already kicking myself for not paying attention to it sooner. Between this and Breakout Kings, I think I've got enough to get me through to next Sunday (more Game of Thrones and The Killing, although I have to catch up on that too.)

I'm still hoping that The Chicago Code gets the Southland treatment and gets picked up by somebody else. I could see this as a great show on FX, TNT or maybe even HBO/Showtime.

Awesome, I've seen one of these so far! I wasn't expecting to have seen any of them to be honest. I'd be interested in checking out some of these though. I'd like to see the full version of Thin Red Line too, that'd be awesome.

I feel like an idiot for never watching Sons of Anarchy before now. It premiered while The Shield was still on and I was an RA, so I could only guarantee one night off and that choice was obvious. Thank god Netflix finally started streaming it.

Archer is the funniest show currently on TV. The first season was great but the second season blew it away. So many hilarious one liners and every character gets at least one or two good ones every episode.

I'm going to laugh at whatever team picks that douche Ryan Mallet....oh wait, the Patriots just picked him. Fuck me.

I just want some front seven defensive players dammit.

This past episode wasn't so hot but with the streak that they have been having, it was inevitable that we'd get a dud. I'm hoping for another great one next week though.

Season five might have been my favourite season. Kavanaugh slowly going crazy because of Vic was awesome.
