I'm sure by now some of you have seen Charlie Sheen's craziness on TV recently. If not, find it now and watch it. I don't think that I've laughed so hard in my entire life. He's an endless supply of insane quotes.
Winning.

I've been watching Gossip Girl and still feel dirty for doing so. It makes me think of what the O.C. could have been had it continued. Also, the show has got to have one of the best looking female casts on TV right now.

From what I heard, there's not going to be any kind of crazy weapons or anything, just whatever you'd find on an island when you're on vacation. That actually sounds really cool. I'm really curious as to how this turns out and I'm going to check out what people say about it before picking it up.

I'm a big fan of Into the Wild. I'm not sure if its underrated or anything, its just a really good film that I don't hear anyone talk about.

That finale...what a goddamn episode. There seems to be a lot of dust in my room or something..

Anybody watch Supernatural? Just came back from its break yesterday, good episode and a new villain to end the series (most likely) with.
-
Yes and it's still awesome. I'm going to be so bummed when this is gone.

I'm not a huge fan of Sci Fi but I was pushed and prodded into watching Battlestar Galactica and I really enjoy it. I'm about halfway through the third season and was really surprised about the quality of the show. So yea, I'd go either that way or Firefly, which I'm sure is going to be brought up in more detail soon enough.

As a Patriots fan, I'm bummed that we lost but we played like shit and the play calling was atrocious. Simply outplayed by the Jets. I'm actually going to be rooting for them because I hate everyone else far more. Big Ben and Cutler seem like douchebags, for two entirely different reasons and I just plain don't like the Packers so I'm firmly behind Rex and company.
I also enjoyed Bart Scotts' wrestling promo on the last page.

Lights Out was pretty good, I'm checking out Shameless next. Does anyone here watch Southland? I really like the show, may be my favourite cop show currently airing.

You mean like a luckless 49ers outfit?A lot of Philly resentment here I see
It's a tough lose but it is something I saw coming. It just isn't a complete team. The line sucks, and the secondary is sub par and paper thin. Hopefully we can fill some holes in the draft and come back strong next year.
And don't forget resigning Vick.
Just know some desperate team is going to offer him a contract that defies all sense of logic.
C'mon, its going to be the Redskins. They love shovelling out money by the truckload for players, this shouldn't be any different.

Wild Card Round
Saints d. Seahawks
Jets d. Colts
Ravens d. Chiefs
Eagles d. Packers
Divisional Round
Patriots d Jets
Ravens d. Steelers
Eagles d. Falcons
Saints d. Bears
Conference Championships
Patriots d. Ravens
Eagles d. Saints
Super Bowl
Patriots d. Eagles
Super Bowl with the two top MVP candidates? Patriots destroying people with scrap heap players vs. Mike Vick time? I'm totally in for that one and I think Vick will keep the game close with some ridiculous stats, but I think the Pats aren't going to be denied.

I saw In Bruges for the first time. Lots of fun, I liked pretty much everything about it. Not much more to say though.

Just finished watching Easy A. Much funnier than I expected. Emma Stone is awesome. 7.5/10

Anyone watching Friday Night Lights? I'm catching up on this season and its still fantastic, which isn't shocking. What I really find amazing is how seemless the transition was between the stars, pretty much everyone from the early seasons are gone and the new cast members are just as good. I really wish this wasn't the last season though, I'm bummed out but they're hopefully going to go out on a high note.
-
The only downside is that there are only a few episodes in this run.
I'm also all caught up with Human Target... It's good. Mrs Pucci sucks.
First couple episodes she was awful but she's been getting better. I like the thief chick though, I guess they figured they needed a female presence on the show but it really hasn't changed it much, Guerrero is still awesome, Chance is intresting and the cop whos name I forgot has his moments too. It's a decent throwback to 80's action movies and TV shows.

Although I really like this show, they need to end it soon, either next season or the one after that. I want to see season 2 all over again really, maybe someone finding the bodies again and them realizing Doakes wasn't the Bay Harbour Butcher or something. Deb needs to find out about Dexter too, thats probably the most important thing but I don't know how she should react. Part of me wants the series to end with him getting away with it, part of me wants him to end up in jail and part of me wants Deb to blow away her brother after realizing how much of a monster he actually is.

How come nobody has mentioned that Leverage returned?!

I like Human Target, but then again I enjoy pretty much everything. Take that as you will I guess.

My biggest complaint for the entire season has to be that they never even acknowledged Morgan and his kid's existence after the one episode they were in.
Yea they did, one of the reasons that Rick went back to Atlanta was to get the radio to contact Morgan and tell him Atlanta was overrun. Then he left a message on the mustang before they headed to the CDC.
Anyway, a six episode season sucks but next season apparently is going to be 13 episodes. Six episodes feels far too short, as soon as I start getting into the story its over. I only read the comics up to around the prison part, but I think there's enough beforehand stuff to fit a season, then maybe end the season with them walking up or into the prison.

I think the only reason that the CDC thing was part of this season was to show that everything is gone and to give the sense that there isn't any hope at all for things going back the way they were. The CDC being abandoned and exploding is a good sign of that I guess.

I'm sure that they're going to wrap that up at some point but I really want Lumen to stay around for awhile. I've got no idea if thats going to happen, Dexter and Lumen look perfect together and Dexter seems happy, which usually means that some shit is going down. I can really see Lumen getting locked up or something, taking the blame to protect Dexter after they off Chase.

Perfectly done. If it ends here, the ending works. If they decide to continue, its still open ended enough to have a good second season and an enemy to take down as well. I want the later though.

If Lights Out gets a second season when Terriers didn't, I'm going to...uh...be pissed or something.
