  1. Everyone just put jaywhyte on ignore and continue to talk good football talk, the little troll thinks it's cool to rile up people on the internet and gets a kick out of it.

As for my team, yay being better than last year, but boo not living up the possible potential. I don't think the NFC West should be excluded from the playoffs, but the winner should definitely NOT have a home game, especially if they're below a .500 winning percentage. Hell, if any NFC West team does finish below .500 then they should not be in the playoffs, especially if there is an 8-8 or 9-7 team from the NFC.

  2. Ruki needs to stop exaggerating(THEY FIRED ALL TEH WRITERS SHOW IS DOOMED, EVERYONE IS BASHING THE FINALE!) :shifty:

In all seriousness, I really enjoyed the entire season, even if there were things that were questionable like having almost no mention of Merle recently, especially since Daryl threw a fucking fit when they learned he was left to die and then just almost never brought it up again. Still, a minor "complaint", and it really didn't take away the amount of enjoyment I got from this series.

Was it perfect and the best television ever? No, but it's got the potential, and had a pretty good first season in my opinion. Definitely excited to see where Season 2 takes us.

  3. How is it that Deb comes up with vigilante but not the idea that one of the group has been killing off the others? What with the barrels incident, it'd make sense. I wouldn't be surprised if the series ends with Deb busting in on Jordan about to kill Lumen, shooting him and then Jordan ends up being the fall guy for it all. At least I'd hope so, there's so much more they can do with Lumen and Dexter, especially if next series is the last and they go with the idea of him being able to finally get rid of his 'dark passenger'.

Before her vigilante theory I'm pretty sure she dismissed the idea that someone from within the group was doing it, as by the time the barrel incident happened Boyd Fowler was already dead. That and she came up with the reasoning that they didn't have any of the connections between them yet, along with them wanting to not expose each other or something similar to that. All of that was briefly mentioned in one quick scene as I recall.

  4. Amazon has their regular Black Friday/Cyber Monday/whatever special sale they have, and then they have "lightning" deals, which they set aside a specific amount of whatever is part of the lightning deal. Usually they are fantastic deals(I think Fable 3 was only 29.99, both Batmans by Christopher Nolan were 5 each on Blu-Ray), but are limited in "stock."

  5. Yeah, I feel the same way about the Commando. Rate of fire seems pretty good, but the damage just isn't enough for me since I'm a "run around and look at me" player. I really REALLY love the AK47 though.

  6. Snipers are somewhat hard to use on core game types, and I've never been all that good with them on regular. Some people are just amazing at them, and hopefully someone else knows how to use them easily on regular. I'm only good with them on Hardcore game modes, since it's basically one shot one kill with almost any weapon.

  7. YOU'RE BEING A BASTARD TO MY FUTURE SPOUSE ON FABLE 3! LOVE TRIUMPHS HATE!

    I'm the man.

You're not even the man in your own relationship, and I am not doing you a solid so you can be the man in our Fable 3 marriage. Lesbian wedding FTW.

  8. I enjoy achievements, though I won't play a shitty game/one I don't enjoy for achievements. More often than not I will play a game because I enjoy it, and then go after trophies/achievements, which is why my completion percentage is a shoddy 42 percent. I agree with the fact that I wouldn't have played some games if they didn't have them, which has led me to play some fun games(Just Cause, Lips, things of that nature), and that some achievements are nice in terms of "beat this level in x amount of seconds or whatever."

An example is Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, which while fun for achievements, I have a sense to 100% complete the game on everything(bar the animus training sessions), even though there are no achievements for the things I'm trying to 100%. That said, I once tried only going for achievements in Rock Revolution, but that game was so awful I just returned it(thankfully a rental) and never touched it again, though I'm sure I could get a fair amount of achievements for it.

So in short, achievements are fun in certain ways, but I definitely don't play games only for achievements. Also, I know I say it all the time, but I hope to get a PS3 soon.

  9. I'm pretty sure we won't see Miami Metro do much with it, considering how much La Guerta and her entire station were thrown into a shit storm for innocent people getting shot during the operation. I know one of the brothers ran away, maybe we'll see that wrapped up or hear a mention of it later on?

  10. Cheers for the tip.

Also, decided to go for some handguns since I've basically used the other specials. The final handgun is stupidly over powered for what it is >_>

Is that the "it's a pistol but really it shoots like an automatic" pistol?

  11. My personal top 4 goes, from top to bottom, Mass Effect 2, Alan Wake, Red Dead, and Brotherhood. Brotherhood and Red Dead could easily flip flop.

Finally finished the story last night, and holy fuck is the ending awesome(IMO.) A better ending in my honest opinion than 2, and I'm really surprised they were able to do this well of a story with less than a year to develop it. I look forward to discussing the end game once someone else beats it :shifty:

  12. Correction: YOU guys got slaughtered. I still went 18 and 12. My best game was...33 or 34 and 5 or something like that.

And Benji, see if there's a gun you can use without red dot for the suppressor challenges. Some of the iron sights(meaning no scope attachments) are pretty easy to use, that way you can use your suppressor attachment and keep your sleight of hand.

  13. I will definitely miss his great work, one of my favorite comedic actors of all time. I remember when I was younger that Mission Impossible opened up in theaters along with Twister. I instead chose to go to Spy Hard, and it was worth it.
