If its the one I'm thinking of, its called Reach Up and it was a right shit early to mid 90's dance tune. There were poorly animated skeletons in the video, can't remember the 'artist', but I'm sure the word Perfecto was in there somewhere. Thats the song they play at the Boro when they score, not sure if its what you're after, but it would fit your do do do do's.
