Alter Bridge - 'One Day Remains'

I have Alter Bridge's 'One Day Remains' and on the front of the CD it had a sticker saying something like "Creed come back as Alter Bridge'. So has Creed just changed their name to Alter Bridge, or does Alter Bridge just have Creed's lead singer?

I was under the impression that Alter Bridge was Creed sans Scott Stapp.

It's weird becuase after I bought the CD I saw an avert for Creed's greatest hits, which means I am now getting that CD too.

Alter Bridge is basically Creed, but they replaced the lead singer, Sapp or whatever his name is. They have Tremonti as their lead singer. If you ask me though, judging from "Open Their Eyes" the only song of theirs I heard, you can still tell its the guys from Creed.

I remember Alter Bridge played a local show and some guy stole Mark Tremonti's tape recorder and music and Tremonti was all over the local radio saying that whoever stole it is trying to get famous off the Creed/Alter Bridge name. It was hi-fucking-larious.

I hope Creed/Alter Bridge die.
