Who wrote most of the tracks on his Dre diss album (the name escapes me)? I was flipping through the booklet that came with Eternal E and noticed that Dre, Cube, Ren etc. wrote most of Eazy's songs.

Dr. Dre doesn't write his own lyrics, he most certainly doesn't write anyone elses.

The D.O.C. wrote lyrics for Eazy (as well a Dre and countless others) along with Cube before he left. MC Ren may well have as well.

I'm not sure as to whether Dr. Dre doesn't write lyrics, but I know hes meant be god-like at making beats and tunes etc, thats why hes held in high opinion.

Ice Cube is really underrated as a rapper. He might have been the best guy in NWA. Eazy gets a lot of love, because he was funny, and Dre is, well, Dre, but Ice Cube may have been more talented then either of them.

I always thought Ice Cube was the best of the bunch. One of my favorites. As I don't like a lot of rap these days, except for a few artists, I still listen to his older shit all the time.... actually, that's a lie.. I listen to all his shit. He gets a lot credit, no doubt, be he is often past on when people talk about the greatest. I don't think he is the greatest, but IMO, he is up there. I stand behind "Ghetto Vet" being one the best rap songs ever.

I like the way that because its widely known that Dre gets the majority of his raps ghost written, its completely unbelievable by some that he could actually ever write anything himself.

I'm no rapper, but if I really tried, im sure I could come up with something fairly good in time, anyone could.
