Thanks. I figure I'll copy my EWR pics into TEW but I think you might be right about the size. Well we'll see. I'm already halfway through importing them.

It kind of worked. It only assigned pictures to a few of them and the ones that it didn't has the default pics. Didn't stretch them out though. I'll just have to assign pictures to everyone I hire.
