Dean the dimensions on those seem all off mate, they seem really hazy , especially if they are psd's or png you are using. It looks like you have ran a filter over the original image or blurred the edges?

They are good cuts, just way to "effected" or the orignal image isn't clear.

I've noticed some of them seem hazy and i have no idea how to fix it, I use GIMP and just assumed that my eyes were bad or something, any help would be appreciated.

Also, what programs is everyone else using?

tried using photoshop how is the quality?

after further testing I think Photoshop is the way to go for me from now on

The quality is much better, in future use this border image and put it over the other two layers, just a small thing that makes the cut look nicer.
