Good Acoustic Guitar Songs

Here at college, you're not allowed to play electric guitar, so I only have my acoustic here. I don't really like acoustic that much, but still, it's better than no guitar at all.

Anyways, I need some suggestions of songs to learn. So start suggesting!

They're probably not brilliant, but they're the only band I like that does acoustic songs ¬_¬ Other than the acousitc version of Lord of the Rings by Blind Guardian.

"Penny On The Floor" by The Clarks is THE quintessential acoustic guitar song, IMO.

Damien Rice, "Moonshiner" by Uncle Tupelo, The Decemberist (if the acoustic guitar's not out front, there's usually one in the background), The Shins (same as previous), Iron & Wine, some Death Cab for Cutie, Daniel Johnston, Cat Stevens, Acoustic Junction, Elliott Smith, Nick Drake. There's a good bit of stuff for you. Most, if not all, should be acoustic. If you want me to list specific songs, I will.

Also, I like using OLGA.net and mxtabs for guitar tabs. I'll have to check out that Power Tabs, though.

For good acoustic stuff, you can look to a lot of emo bands...Taking Back Sunday, Finch, etc.

Bush also does some good acoustic songs, and if you're willing to try and work it out, about 80% of Something Corporate songs are amazing on an Acoustic format.

The Crowing and Time Consumer, by Coheed & Cambria, sound amazing acoustically.

Everlong, by Foo Fighters, sounds good too, as does most of the second disc of 'In Your Honour'.
