Finch split up

Through much thought and deliberation, the five of us have decided to take an indefinite break from Finch. Amongst the many reasons for our decision, our individual priorities just lie in different places. We can’t express how grateful we are to all of you for the past 5 years. We’ve had the opportunity to play the music we love for a living. The five of us will always feel lucky for that. Again, thank you all so much for the love and support you’ve given us. A special thanks as well, to all that have worked closely with us over the years to help make things happen. A list of names would just be too long. You know who you are. Thank you. Finch

Not sure how many people would care, but one of the only emo-ish bands I actually quite liked. Thier first album is really solid, didn't get to hear the second though.

Oh well.

What It Is To Burn is a good song/album, although it falls away towards the end.

What It Is To Burn was a great album, I still listen to it now. Say Hello To Sunshine wasn't so great, there's only really one or two songs off that I really like.

'Tis a shame though. Finch were one of the first rock bands that I liked.

Never heard the second album, the video they released didn't really capture my interest at all. What It Is To Burn was the shit though. The title track was class. But at the end of the day they were no Brand New. Though the demo's for Brand New's new album are very dissapointing.
