In answer to the original question, I can't imagine them not including at least some of the well known ECW wrestlers, particularly people who already work for WWE like RVD. Just because it's called SmackDown vs Raw doesn't mean they can't include any other wrestlers. It used to be called just SmackDown, but they had Raw wrestlers on there too.
