I nicked this from Summers myspace, cos I am cool like that.

So, here's how it works:

1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc)

2. Put it on shuffle

3. Press play

4. For every question, type the song that's playing

5. When you go to a new question, press the next button

6. Don't lie and try to pretend you're cool...

Opening Credits: A Perfect Circle "Judith" (good song, but opening credits? hmmm...)

Waking Up: Led Zeppelin "Whole Lotta Love" (good sign for the day? >_>)

First Day At School: Sikth "Scent Of The Obscene (.....bad first day?)

Falling In Love: The Used "Buried Myself Alive (....ok, my bloke isn't really having a good time at all)

Fight Song: Unearth "March Of The Mutes" (ugly metal for an ugly fight)

Breaking Up: The Killers "All These Things That I've Done" (.....*shrugs*...)

Prom: Prong "Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck" (bad prom, I guess)

Life's OK: The Used "A Box Full Of Sharp Objects" (at least the lyrics fit it somewhat)

Mental Breakdown: Peeping Tom "Mojo" (I can kinda see this fitting)

Driving: Mastodon "Sleeping Giant" (man...my iPod sucks at getting this right)

Flashback: Queens Of The Stone Age "First It Giveth (thats more like it)

Wedding: Amplifier "Elysian Gold" (has the dreamy feel about it, could work)

Getting Back Together: Unearth "Impostors Kingdom" (ugly metal for the ugly getting back together >_>)

Paradise lost : Queen "Don't Stop Me Now" (...my bloke seems to like it)

Birth of Child: The Zutons "Valerie (must be a ginger child)

Final Battle: The Raconteurs "Steady As She Goes" (...not exactly angry)

Death Scene: Ben Folds "Not The Same" (finally, one that I can really see fitting the scene)

Funeral Scene: Snow Patrol "Chasing Cars" (haha, finally, two in a row)

End Credits: The Pixies "Where Is My Mind?" (yeah, good end credits song, definitely)

Summers also commented on his (like, how relevant they were)...knock yourself out.

I've done something similiar, except they were questions of a different nature.

Anyway, here goes:

Opening Credits: Marduk - Throne Of Rats (Good intro, so it'll probably work)

Waking Up: Chimaira - Nothing Remains (Waking up to nothing...)

First Day At School: Slipknot - Spit It Out (That glue tastes funny)

Falling In Love: The Berzerker - Massacre

Fight Song: Suffocation - Bind Torture Kill (No comment)

Breaking Up: Devourment - Anal Electrocution (Obviously the girl didn't dig the jumper cables up her ass...)

Prom: Stabwound - Disgorging Pieces Of Broken Glass (Fags all jealous of me)

Life's OK: Deicide - The Lord's Sedition (No comment)

Mental Breakdown: Roadrunner United - Dawn Of A Golden Age

Driving: Gorerotted - Only Tools And Corpses (I swear I haven't got anything in that trunk...only tools and corpses)

Flashback: Slipknot - Opium Of The People

Wedding: Gorgasm - Post Coital Truncation (I have NO idea what it means)

Getting Back Together: Trivium - The Deceived (we get back together by deceiving? Who deceived who?)

Paradise lost : Bloodbath - Eaten

Birth of Child: Deicide - Scars Of The Crucifix (SECOND COMING FTW~!)

Final Battle: Lamb Of God - 11th Hour (Yes, final battles are at the 11th hour)

Death Scene: Gorgasm - Lesbian Stool Orgy (Odd way to go...but I'll take it)

Funeral Scene: Strapping Young Lad - You Suck (That's just sad...I sucked)

End Credits: Cannibal Corpse - Maniacal

I think I have way too many Gorgasm songs in my playlist.

Hehe, I like this. Mine are probably going to be all wrong though.

Opening Credits: Cowboy Bebop OST - Piano Black (so, an instrumental piece to kick us off. I could see this happening, though I would be expecting to see something more heavy in a story about my life)

Waking Up: Deicide - Christ Denied (Well, it's good to affirm your philosophical choices from early on in the morning)

First Day At School: Machinae Supremacy - Empire (Well, it wasn't that empirical, to tell you the truth)

Falling In Love: Japanische Kampfhörspiele - Alle Wollen Gut Aussehen (Germans are a nice folk)

Fight Song: Deicide - Blame It On God (I DIDN'T DO IT OFFICER)

Breaking Up: Carnal Forge - Son Of A Bastard (I Smell Like Death) (I'm just gonna stop commenting at this point because it is not funny)

Prom: Akira Yamaoka - Music Box

Life's OK: Unearth - Lie To Purify

Mental Breakdown: Queen - Another One Bites The Dust (BWAHAHAHAHA)

Driving: New Bomb Turks - Never Will

Flashback: Om - At Giza (Yeah, Egypt is nice too)

Wedding: Impaled Nazarene - Phallus Maleficarum (BWAHAHAHAHAHA again)

Getting Back Together: Haemorrhage - Aftertaste Of Putrefaction (... Necrophilia much?)

Paradise lost : General Surgery - Crimson Concerto

Birth of Child: Nasum - Drop Dead (Poor baby, a miscarriage is on the way :( )

Final Battle: Pro-Pain - All Fall Down (Nice)

Death Scene: Propagandhi - Natural Disasters

Funeral Scene: Cryptopsy - Orgiastic Disembowelment (Nice, some Aztec shit right there)

End Credits: Om - At The Mountain At Dawn (I would've liked for this song to be the main theme, really, but the opening credits are fine with me)

Flashback: "Standing On The Edge Of Summer" by Thursday

Wedding: "Champagne For My Real Friends, Real Pain For My Sham Friends" by Fall Out Boy

Getting Back Together: "You Are My Love" by Jamiroquai

Paradise lost : "Headlock" by Imogen heap

Birth of Child: "What The World Needs Now Is Love..." by Burt Bacharach

Final Battle: "Barber's Adagio For Strings" by 'Some Orchestra' (Would have worked so much better for the next one)

Death Scene: "A Night In Tunisia" by Dizzy Gillespie (That works shit...fuck off, the worst yet, unless my death is a joyous occasion)

Funeral Scene: "I Want You Back" by The Jackson 5 (bwahahahahahahahaaaaa)

End Credits: "Deeper Underground (Different Sounds, Remix)" by Jamiroquai

Some of them work really well. Others work awfully.

I love the first two. They work pretty well (Ironside!!!!). The next 3 don't work very well at all (Lets look at the first 2 lines of Razorblade, "Got a feeling you were alone and on the run, with your suitcase filled with razorblades and turpentine"...yep, your average first day of school...motherfucker has a suitcase), "Disney Land" might, as it's about escaping all the fucked happenings of life, and the thigns you hate, and escaping to a nice place. And maybe if I just want to escape from this fight, and all that it's about, it could maybe work. "You're My Best Friend" could work, depending on the kind of break-up. Frank Zappa I gues could work, would be weird as fuck. Ignite is perfect, fits perfectly, "Give me strength. To hold my head up high. To fight my darkest days. I'm going to start living tonight. And change my messed up ways"....AWESOME!!

"Micro Cuts" works as it's weird. I guess "You're Not Alone" could work, just your typical dance music backing, which is pretty good for cruising around. Not sure on Thursday, or Fall Out Boy...but is has Champagne in the title, surely that's good? "You Are My Love" works really well. As it's about a girl treating him bad and the like, so again depending on the break-up, it could fit well. "Headlock"...hmm, it could work. As could "What the World needs Now"...possibly. They're both sweet sounding songs, so in that regard they'd work. "Barber's Adagio"....if it were a slow motion scene, leading the 'troops' out to battle, then it would be pretty cool.

As I said, "A Night in Tunisia" would not work at all, unless my death spawned a joyous party, with possibly a bunch of black men dancing round with trumpets. :shifty: Like that James Bond. "I Want You Back" is awesome for shits and giggles. Would be awful for a funeral though. :shifty: And I'm not a fan of the ending music. Not the way a film should close, particuarly after a death.

Some worked, some don't.

All in all, it's the most fucked up episode of Ironside ever.

My iPod playlist is disgustingly Final Fantasy heavy at the moment so this won't be that good...but oh well.

I will however skip the ones that I can't remember the names of. :shifty:

Opening Credits: Reunion (piano version), Nobuo Uematsu

...Little ominous, much? Unless I'm actually going to turn into Sephiroth at some point during my later life, I'd say that was a bit unnecessary.

Waking Up: JENOVA (Advent Children version), Nobuo Uematsu

Yeah, as if I ever wake up with this much energy. Maybe if I'm woken up by a guy breaking down the door with a giant sword.

First Day At School: Hitch Hiker's Guide To the Galaxy Theme (full version)

Just ambling along, not really knowing what you're doing but not really caring either. That works.

Falling In Love: PRIDE, High and Mighty Color

Contrary to what some may believe, I do not fall in love to Gundam Seed Destiny songs. Just, no.

Fight Song: Billie Jean/Khutlu mashup, Michael Jackson/Metallica

Oh, badass. It's like if Thriller suddenly broke down into a martial arts movie. Or a Jackie Chan film where everyone is a fucking pimp and wears a cape.

Breaking Up: Shangri-La, Angela

The opening theme from the anime Fafner. I shan't just get angsty, I shall get angsty and PILOT GIANT MECHA ROBOTS.

Prom: Maybe I'm a Lion (FF8), The Black Mages

...Only a real cock would have this as their theme for anything (*glares at Squall*).

Life's OK: Airwolf TV Theme (full version)

Life's not just okay, with Airwolf life has big fuck-off helicopters and is therefore BADASS.

Mental Breakdown: Vivi's Theme (FF9), Nobuo Uematsu

Because, apparently, my breakdown has reduced my mental capacity to that of an artificial country bumpkin.

Driving: The End Is Here, WWE

How bad a driver am I supposed to be?

Flashback: Seymour Battle (FFX), The Black Mages

Well, uh, it's a strange mixture of computer game twinkliness and hard rock. Sounds like a cool flashback to me.

Wedding: Third Reich From The Sun, Hanzel and Gretyl

Bwahaha. You may now kiss the bride, HEIL HITLER.

Getting Back Together: Bomb A Head (Tenjho Tenge opening), M.C.A.T.

Bwahaha again, we get back together through the awesome romantic power of breakdancing. PARTY TIME, YEAH, TIME TO PARTY TIME, BOMB A HEAD OLD STYLE! >_>

Paradise lost: Paranoid Android, Radiohead

How delightfully disillusioned.

Birth of Child: One Winged Angel (Advent Children), Nobuo Uematsu

My firstborn child is Sephiroth. FUCK.

Final Battle: Otherworld (FFX), The Black Mages

I'm not kidding, I get the final boss/opening video music from Final Fantasy X. Even better than the original because they've got a woman singing rather than some old gruff bloke.

Death Scene: Divinity I (Advent Children), Nobuo Uematsu

Clearly I am going to die when a giant Bahamut swoops out of the sky and blasts the hell out of both me and the surrounding city. Nice.

Funeral Scene: Lost Complex, ICEMAN

Fuck off am I having a song from the Gravitation soundtrack at my funeral. Why not get buried in a pink coffin while I'm at it?

End Credits: Aerith's Theme (piano version), Nobuo Uematsu

Aw, all twinkly. Bless.

Waking Up: Tom Waits - Alice (My life is the best film ever. Best waking up music I could possibly think of)

Pfft, Summers' MySpace is clearly late, I did one of these on mine weeks ago. Now, if I can actually find it... it was a bulletin, not a blog. Bah, it was more than 10 days ago, and my music library's on the other computer. If I was to do it now, it would be a mix of a couple of Toto songs, "Hello" by Lionel Richie, "Battle Metal" and a few wrestling themes.

EDIT: I remember a few of them though, it came out really freaky, like birth of child, "Beautiful Son" by Cave In, "Eternal Rest" by Avenged Sevenfold for death scene, "Run to the Hills" by Iron Maiden for the final battle... or the best one, Team America's "Everyone Has AIDS" for the end credits. There were more good ones as well, I'll maybe do it again later and see if it turns out as good.

Opening Credits: 'The Last Hour' by Elliot Smith (I guess it could work...)

Waking Up: 'Bleed American' by Jimmy Eat World (Pretty good randomisation for that actually, hearing it.)

First Day At School: 'Gagged In A Casket' by The Blood Brothers (Can you say 'Bwahaha'?)

Falling In Love: 'Crazy Mary' by Pearl Jam (Because love is always fun.)

Fight Song: 'Burn' by The Cure (If the fight's in the rain, and methodical, then it suits perfectly.)

Breaking Up: 'The Middle' by Jimmy Eat World (Works nicely.)

Prom: 'Dirge Inferno' by Cradle Of Filth (Awesomest prom ever.)

Life's OK: 'Black Devil Car' by Jamiroquai (Again, that works well - the start at least.)

Mental Breakdown: 'Close To Me' by The Cure (In some skitty, 'faux happy' way, sure.)

Driving: 'Scientifiction' by Norma Jean (Apparantly I'll have a brutal car crash. >_>)

Flashback: 'Smile Like You Mean It' by The Killers (I can actually see that working rather well.)

Wedding: 'Can't Stand Me Now' by The Libertines (Jilted?)

Getting Back Together: 'Wishlist' by Pearl Jam (Also known as 'Getting Back Together, Naked, In Front Of A Log Fire. >_>)

Paradise lost : 'Grippo' by Saul Williams (No...)

Birth of Child: 'Initiation by At The Drive-In (Lolz.)

Opening Credits: Nappy Roots - "Kentucky Mud" (Oh great, my life suddenly turned into an urban drama. >_>)

Waking Up: Motley Crue - "Girls, Girls, Girls" (Clearly the best waking up song ever.)

First Day At School: Jimi Hendrix - "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)" (Wow, that's a pretty kickass song for the situation, too.)

Falling In Love: Kenny Wayne Shepard - "I Don't Live Today" (Not a good sign for the relationship. >_>)

Fight Song: Coheed and Cambria - "Apollo I: The Writing Writer" (Okay, that one really doesn't make any sense unless we're doing a They Live fight, and it still isn't great for it.)

Breaking Up: Dog's Eye View - "Everything Falls Apart" (Wow, that's exactly the song that's perfect for a breakup scene. Good work, WMP.)

Prom: Cybotron - "Clear" (Maybe it's an 80s techno/rap/geek prom?)

Life's OK: Audioslave - "Somedays" (It sort of fits because it's tone stresses the positive at the end of it all.)

Mental Breakdown: Flyleaf - "There For You" (Eh. Maybe it fits somehow.)

Driving: T.I. - "Goodlife (feat. Pharrell and Common)" (Doesn't entirely fit, either, but anybody who's seen Entourage knows that a lot of rap fits with driving so maybe it might fit.)

Flashback: Motley Crue - "Hooligan's Holiday (Brown Nose Edit)" (Eh.)

Wedding: Shinedown - "Some Day (Acoustic)" (That's not a good sign, since this fits the breakup a hell of a lot more than the marriage.)

Getting Back Together: Blink 182 - "Always" (This does fit pretty well, I must say. I like the song, too.)

Paradise lost: Audioslave - "The Worm" (Eh. I don't see much of paradise lost in it, but whatever.)

Birth of Child: Friends of Lizzy - "If It's Wrong" (It might make sense if it's from the woman's perspective talking about the man staying...but a guy's singing so it make no gorramn sense here.)

Final Battle: T.I. - "I'm Talkin' To You" (Sounds good for a fight scene, actually.)

Death Scene: Blink 182 - "Dammit" (A young bitter death perhaps?)

Funeral Scene: 30 Seconds to Mars - "The Story" (A young bitter funeral too?)

End Credits: The White Stripes - "Seven Nation Army" (Great end credit song, even if it goes entirely against the dark tone of the 30STM song.)

Life's OK: Dragonforce - Black Fire (That's a Life's OK song?!)

Mental Breakdown: System of a Down - Bubbles (Nice choice)

Driving: Megadeth - Ashes In Your Mouth (This is actually one of the things I'd be most likely to blast out if driving)

Flashback: Metallica - Creeping Death (Flashback, or CRAZY LSD TRIP?)

Wedding: Aerosmith - Walk This Way (I want a wedding like this. Oh hell yes I do)

Getting Back Together: Korn - Did My Time (Whoa, it works)

Paradise lost : Our Lady Peace - Whatever (Because I'm a cold motherfucker, motherfucker)

Birth of Child: Megadeth - Psychotron (Only if my child grows up to be a cyborg killing machine)

Final Battle: Led Zeppelin - Achilles Last Stand (Now that's what I'm talking about. It'd have to be a long battle though.)

Death Scene: System of a Down - Fuck the System (Bwaha, maybe if I were a psychopathic anarchist)
