I listen to a lot of 'hardcore' music (by which I mean the punk style of hardcore, not the happy hardcore rave stuff), but am always on the look out for more.

Hardcore, Punk, Post Hardcore, Screamo, Emo, Grindcore, Noisecore, whatever, I dont care as long as it's nice and good and heavy.

Can I also just stress that I can't stand shitty metal riffs, so please don't suggest bands that sound like Iron Maiden with screaming.
