I can see why Pompey decided to release him. At his age, he can't be having regular first team Premiership action.

No cause for worry tho, Pompey has Yakubu.

That would actually be a really good move for both parties. Teddy could be in such high regard with Leeds if he helped them back to the Premiership, and Leeds would have a good striker for free.

Well seeing as the first slot on the team sheet is for the goalkeeper, I would put either David James, Chris Kirkland, or Paul Robinson......but each to their own. You want Teddy in goal...you got it.

I always thorght very highly of Sheringham, he still has a bit left in him and imo it's a bad move by pompey to let him go, Norwich would do great if they could sign Sheringham.
