A while ago, they came twice to Texas and everybody was trying to convince me to go...

I didn't, when the only band that sounds good is "The Sounds", you know this tour is going to suck.

There was already a Warped Tour 2004 topic before but meh.

I'll be attending the Camden one at the Tweeter Center in August and I'm just going to see Alk3, The Vandals, NOFX & Sugarcult. Though I doubt all four of them will be at the NJ show.

Going August 10th in Hershey, Pennsylvania to see several of the bands.

Not to be mean or anything, but I have a problem with a lot of people in this topic saying "oh the only good band is so and so". Have you heard of EVERY single band that is on the tour? Seriously, I know about 1/4 of the bands on there, and some of them I don't like, but I am not going to say "Oh, I am going to see Avenged Sevenfold, The Vandals, Bad Religion, Billy Talent, Alkaline Trio, and Flogging Molly. But the rest of the bands suck" because I don't know if the rest of the bands suck. I know Simple Plan and Good Charlotte are not two of my favorite bands, but the fact is, I have never heard of Abstract Giants or Nor AM I so I am not going to say they suck, cause for all I know they kick ass. Bottom line, don't say they all suck, cause you don't know if they do.

And yes, I am figuring that someone is going to quote what I said above me and then to be a smart ass and attempt to get a cheap laugh say "the only good band is so and so, and everyone else sucks" so hopefully me calling them out will shut them up before they get a chance.

you missed out on some bands. I know for a fact that the Smashers are on the tour and I'll be seeing them.

I never really noticed how much this Warped Tour sucks this year. Yellowcard? Story of the Year? New Found Glory?

Dear lord, is this a punk rock festival or a boy-band convention?

Just when I get the chance to see my fucking hero Dennis Lyxen, I could very well have to sit through emo/pop-punk/boy-band shit. At least last year it was screamo. I can sit through The Used and Thrice if I get to see great acts like Pennywise, Dropkick, Rancid, Poison the Well, Face to Face. But this year will be hard to stomach.

It says a lot when I am considering going to see Billy Talent as opposed to watching themainstage on the Toronto show.

I'm not American so I wont be able to go to one of the concerts/festivals. But the lineup doesn't look too hot. There's a lot I like, and if it were a concert/festival of just them (In the UK) i'd be there, I like 1208, Bad Religion, NOFX, Alkaline Trio, Rise Against, Matchbook Romance, Motion City Soundtrack, Pulley, Authority Zero, Anti Flag and Alexisonfire. There's also a few bands I can tolerate (Like a few songs of) like Billy Talent, Avenged Sevenfold, My Chemical Romance, Flogging Molly, Allister and Story of the Year.

But other than those bands mentioned, the list does nothing for me. Yeah, I know there's lots of bands there, but there's a lot more left out.

It doesn't look like a good yea for festivals and tours, as Leeds and Reading in the UK looking lackluster compared to previous years (I'm still going to Leeds and i'm super psyched) and Download was meant to be terrible (According to 2 mates who went).
