Got this game today, really enjoying it so far. Ive played most of my games as Liverpool, it only took a few matches to get the hang of it too.

Havent tried Be A Pro mode yet though, its not very appealling to me tbh

Just bought it, I have had a Be a Pro game as Febregas and tried to run the game but was unsuccessful. However, I'm enjoying it at the moment, my Gamertag is in the appropriate thread and I've joined the league.

One thing I'm wondering, is how updated are the transfers? Nothing more annoying than beginning a game and finding that your squad isn't 100% updated. So is it fully updated as of September 1st? ...If it's mid-August, I probably won't bother and just wait for PES. Too many changes to make to squads otherwise.

And yes, I'm a perfectionist.

Faye from Bolton to Newcastle.

...Ok, you get my point. And these were on the last day I believe, not 3 or 4 days before.

Transfers as of 25/8/2007, that's what it says. Just checked one, Diarra is not at Arsenal.

Ive just gone into the squads for the first time today, and Diarra is at Arsenal on mine. Camera is at West Ham, Murphy is at Fulham, and both Faye and Beye are at Newcastle. I guess all the transfers are updated on the 360.

Just beat Rabid Wolverine's Blackburn 1-0, but to be fair he battered me for most of it. But the lethal Viduka struck again with a header.

We need more people to join too.

Loving the league so far. Went down 3-2 to Wolverines Blackburn thanks to some needlessly conceded penalties and his ability to fend off crosses, from that I went on to beat Newcastle 2-0 and hand them their first defeat of the league. Great fun.

Could anyone point my in the right direction as to how to use the "tricks". Following from the wafer thin booklet on PS2 is harder than I thought. Listening to a normal human explaining how they do it might help me along

I can't tell you exactly how on the ps2, but on the 360 you just hold down the left trigger (L2) and move the right analogue stick in different directions depending on what trick you want to do.
