Upon hearing parts of A Bay Bay in the car today, the beat isn't bad. The lyrics are subpar, passable for being shitfaced in a club and not caring. The hook is just godawful though, that's what kills it. Repeating the word "bay" about a zillion times doesn't help either.

Lip Gloss is just straight terrible all around.

I was referring to Channel U and a lot of the music in general - not just hip-hop. I'm sorry, I never made myself clear there.

I know it's about 1/5th of the scene, but Channel U was watched on three seperate occassions and each time I felt like shooting my television and cutting myself with the broken shards of glass from it.

Forget hoodies and genre's or whatever - a lot of crap gets pushed through. But, hey... someone's getting their monies worth, so fair play to them.
