Rock Mashups and Remixes

As far as remixes, the Styrofoam remix of Jimmy Eat World's "Drugs Or Me" is vastly superior to the original.

I'm not normally one for mashups, so I can't really help you there.

I'm don't really know that many mashups either. There's a decent mix of The Prayer mixed with Banquet, both by Bloc Party. Hunting for witches is also in a few mashups.

Ludacris performed "Get Back" over Sum 41 playing, erm...something. I only ever found a live version, but it's awesome.

You can type in "Mashups" or "MTV Mashups" on your favorite file-sharing network and find alot. Guns-n-Roses w/ Snoop Dogg is awesome.

And although it's not a remix or mashup, I still haven't heard Biffy Clyro's take on Um-ber-ella-ella-ella, any help? I tried listening to The Live Lounge online, but it kept crossing up between Biffy and Gym Class Heroes, so I gave up. Although it did give me an idea for a mashup...

I'm not big on mashups but I freakin' love remixes. There's a 2-CD set by a guy named Tommie Sunshine who does a whole bunch of remixes for Fall Out Boy, Panic At The Disco and such. I don't even like those bands all that much but he makes them listenable.

Speaking of Jay-Z, I've heard of an album called the "Grey Album" that mixes Jay-Z's Black Album with The Beatles' White Album. I've never listened to it so I'm not in a position to comment.
