Doctor Who

Recommended Posts

The Sun is reporting that the "Doctor-lite" episode of Series Four is going to be "Doctor-less". According to the article, Rose, Martha and Donna take the TARDIS controls after an accident leaves the Doctor lost in space during an alien invasion.

The article's source adds: “It is a bit of a gamble having Doctor Who without the Doctor – it has never been done before. But everyone is so interested in the different assistants that it should be fantastic.

“Donna, Martha and Rose are all competing for his attention in different ways and all want to be the best.

“But the question will be, can they work together?”

The sun is surprisingly on the ball for stuff like this and it definately wouldn't surprise me, especially since The Doctor and Rose supposedly haven't performed any scenes together "for a good reason".

Because new Who always takes so long to get across the pond (Probably another Summer release...hopefully...), I'm not as excited for that as I am for Torchwood series 2. BBC America FINALLY got on the ball, though I'm not looking forward to explaining the timeline difference between that and Doctor Who series 3 (which is on the same night) to my newly-initiated parent.

The Torchwood one didn't contain much, but it made my body hurt thinking about it coming back.
