trying to find the name of a movie

i was watching family guy and they had a little scene with a girl making fun of this guy with red hair that had a huuuge head and was really ugly but its from a movie. theres a movie with the guy, not a real person i dont think, but i couldnt remember the name of it for anything. anyone got a clue?

Pretty sure that would be Mask. Not of course to be confused with the Jim Carrey viechle of a similar name. Apparently it is based on a real kid.

Also, Eric Stoltz on his IMDB page really looks like Michael J Fox.

I definitely suggest you should check out Mask if that's the movie you're looking for. It was a hell of a flick, but a tear jerker, so it might not be for everybody.
