Basically, I want to know what songs you'd suggest by the following rather random list of bands:

The Vaselines

Nine Inch Nails

I Killed The Prom Queen

Mudhoney

Screaming Trees

TAD

Soundgarden

Anything else that could be considered "grunge" would be appreciated too, I already listen to a lot of Pearl Jam, Nirvana and Smashing Pumpkins though. Thanks to anyone who helps.

What Tristy is trying to say really... is that you can't go wrong with much (if anything) by Nine Inch Nails. Anything Reznor does is worth at least a listen to. In fact, if you don't mind industrial-pop with a very smooth female vocalist, I'd suggest checking out Jakalope. It has a Reznor-feel to it, but is much more accessible and mainstream. He produced both of their albums if I recall correctly.

Superunknown is THE Soundgarden album. Anything else would be uncivilized.

There's a few filler tracks through-out the NIN catalog like I Do Not Want This, A Warm Place and alot of the instrumentals on The Fragile, even though they're pretty badass (The Mark Has Been Made, ILFTJYF, etc.)

But, yeah, mainly all the albums are gold. Just stay away from the majority of the songs on the remix albums, unless you like ambient stuff like I do.
