I saw the movie last night and didn't want to create a new thread, but this was fucking hilarious. In terms of movie quality I don't think it was that great but as a comedy holy shit it was amazing. With Step Brothers, Pineapple Express, and Tropic Thunder I think this is one of the best summers for comedy in a very long time.

I'm on the fence. Downey and Cruise stole every scene they were in. From an actual top-to-bottom movie though, it dragged from place to place. I'd still recommend people to watch it though.

Meh, he's alright. He and Ben Stiller get real annoying real fast. They have a couple of funny scenes, but I think it was a big mistake putting them with heavyweights like Cruise and Downey. They get exposed for the one-trick pony they are.

I agree that Downey/Cruise stole the movie though. It seemed like every time they were on screen I was laughing at something they did. Oh, and the "trailers" before the movie were fucking hilarious.
