True about Father Ted, it was strange in someways about Dermot dying. I'll also add a more controversal choice perhaps - Drawn Together. I loved that show.

Clerks: The Animated Series was cool. The episodes that never aired are much better then the ones that were shown.

Also, Arrested Development was amazing. I don't know how it didn't attract an audience, but the characters and writing was still fresh and everything about the show was great.

I'm quite glad that people already mentioned Spaced before I had to. Arrested Development would be awesome, but it had a perfectly coherent and satisfying arc to it all and ended when it needed to. Spaced, however, as stated could have easily gone on for another series and probably needed it, too.
