Glad you posted since I forgot to post my predictions.

WWF Showdown Card

Co-Main Event

Non-Title Match (If Savage Wins He Gets A Title Shot)

Ravishing Rick Rude vs Macho Man Randy Savage

Savage is going to the Survivor Series to fight for the title in my opinion. I'd like to see Rude win here and then Savage somehow earn the title shot, But I don't think Rude will get two big PPV wins over Savage in a row. So my bet is on Savage right now.

Co-Main Event

The Undertaker w/Paul Bearer & Jake The Snake Roberts vs Hulk Hogan & Sting

Hulk just lost the belt last month so I don't see him losing this match here. Besides, Sting is making his PPV debut so it's gonna be a win for him and Hogan here. Hopefully Jake does the job instead of Undertaker.

WWF Intercontinental Title Match

Bret The Hitman Hart© vs The Chosen One Jeff Jarrett w/Jimmy Hart

Jarrett hasn't done much to earn the shot and I just don't think he's ready for the title. "The Hitman" retains here.

WWF Tag Team Title Match

Legion of Doom© vs The Eliminators w/Slick

I think we'll have new champions but I'm not too sure. If The Eliminators win I think they won't keep the belts for too long. Maybe they'll lose it to The Rockers down the road?

Brian Pillman vs Dino Bravo w/Jimmy Hart

Decent filler match, Pillman will pull off the upset

Davey Boy Smith vs Yokozuna w/Mr. Fuji

Gotta keep Yokozuna looking strong, I'll still waiting for him to fight another fat guy :w00t:

Million Dollar Title Match

Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase© w/Sensational Sherri vs Tito Santana

I have no idea who to pick for this one so I went with DiBiase who's more likely to get pushed.

WWF Showdown

By: Maurice Porter

Date: October-13-1991

Show Recap:

The show kicked off with Davey Boy Smith facing of against the undefeated Yokozuna. This proved to be a test for both men as Davey Boy gave Yoko a run for his money, even knocking the big man off of his feet for the first time. The end of the match came when Davey received a samoan drop after an attemped cricifix, Yoko hit the Banzai Drop to pick up the victory.

The Million Dollar Title was on the line next as Ted DiBiase faced nemesis Tito Santana. These two men went back and forth and towards the end DiBiase called for some help from Sherri, the referee was knocked down, DiBiase held Santana as Sherri swung her shoe, Santana ducked as DiBiase got nailed with the shoe. A groggy DiBiase got to his feet and was met with The Flying Forearm as Santana pinned DiBiase to become the new Million Dollar Champion.

Brian Pillman put his undefeated record on the line as he faced Canadian Strongman Dino Bravo, Bravo kept the high flyer grounded as he used his power, however Pillman showed a lot of grit and determination as he fought back, the end of the match came with Pillman hitting a crossbody off the top rope to get the victory.

Slick led his Eliminators into their match for the WWF Tag Team Titles against The Legion of Doom, Slick knew this would be the last shot and he intend for his team to make good. The teams spent the entire match brawling back and forth with both teams scoring numerous near falls. The LOD had a little more in the tank as they finished off The Eliminators with The Doomsday Device to retain their titles. While they were celebrating two masked men hit the ring and laid LOD out from behind, once LOD were down the men took their masks off to reveal themselves as The Rockers.

Jeff Jarrett looked to be the 3rd wrestler to keep his undefeated streak alive as he faced Bret Hart for the Intercontinental Title in a match that would be the biggest match of Jarrett's career. Jimmy Hart had Jarrett ready as Jarrett immediately took the action to Hart as he worked the leg of Hart. Jarrett eventually put the Figure Four on Hart but he couldn't get Hart to submit, Bret made his comeback but to everyone's surprise Jarrett kicked out of some tough moves. Jarrett regained the advantage as he attempted a dropkick, Hart stopped as Jarrett hit the ground and locked of The Sharpshooter to retain his title.

Rick Rude didn't want to face Randy Savage and he showed the with his delay tactics, he finally suckered Savage in and worked on him for the first ten minutes of the match, Savage made his comeback and beat Rude from post to pillar over the next seven minutes of the match. The final ten minutes of the match had both men going head to head back and forth, in the end Savage pulled out the victory to earn a shot at the WWF World Title down the road.

The other main event of the night was the huge tag team match between Hulk Hogan and Sting vs Jake Roberts and The Undertaker. For the most part the four men took on the individuals that they are feuding with. The end of the match came when The Undertaker got caught in the rope which allowed Hogan and Sting to double team Roberts as they picked up the victory.

Good PPV, Surprised to see The Rockers turn heel. A feud between them and LOD should be good. I got most of my predictions right except for the tag title and Million dollar championship match. Maybe now DiBiase will move on to bigger things.

Guest Prototype

Decent PPV. I dont like the Rockers turning heel the way they did. Im not saying the turn wont work, since they can probably pull off a young, cocky gimmick well, I just think there should have been some build up to it and not "masked men running in." Surprised Santana won as well. I would rather the Million Dollar Title just be retired now, since it was never a real championship in my eyes, and have Dibiase move on to bigger feuds.

WWF Monday Night Raw Report

By: Isaac Powell

Date: October-14-1991

Show Recap:

The Buschwackers vs Iron Mike Sharpe & Butch Stanley

Raw kicked off this week with everyone's favorite head licking tag team in action. After some Buschwacker walking, some bitting, and no wrestling holds The Buschwackers hit the Battering Ram on Sharpe to pick up the victory.

Greg The Hammer Valentine vs The Brooklyn Brawler

The Hammer was in vintage form tonight as he laid in Brawler with heavy shots only as he could do before picking up a submission victory with the Figure Four Leglock.

Big Bossman vs Frankie DeFalco

The Bossman basically used his power as he bullied DeFalco around the ring for a couple of minutes before scoring the victory with the Bossman Slam.

The Rockers Speak

Mean Gene Okerlund is in the ring and his guests for tonight are The Rockers. Shawn and Marty make their way to the ring to a chorus of boos. Okerlund wastes no time as he asks why The Rockers did do what they did to The Legion of Doom. Shawn says they did what they did because LOD has overlooked them and ducked them ever since they won the titles. Marty follows up by saying LOD ducked The Rockers because they knew that they wouldn't last five minutes with the tag team specialists. Before The Rockers could speak anymore LOD's music hit and they made their way to the ring, The Rockers wanted no part as they left the ring and made their way to the back. Hawk took the mic from Okerlund and told The Rockers, anytime, anyplace, anywhere.

Texas Tornado vs Paul Roma

To start with Slick was obviously dejected after his team came so close in winning the Tag Titles last night and it showed as he didn't even come to the ring with Roma. Whether it threw Roma off, who knows all that matters is he didn't stand that much of a chance as Tornado beat him up for a while before getting the submission victory with The Claw.

Ultimate Warrior vs Typhoon w/Jimmy Hart

Warrior was in the ring with someone that could match power with him and that is exactly what happened as Typhoon went toe to toe with the Warrior in a very even contest. Despite the similaritites in power there is a difference between the two men's power, the Warrior has explosive power and that turned out to be the difference in the match as he exploded on Typhoon towards the end of the match picking up the victory following the shoulder block and big splash.

Paul Bearer & Undertaker Interview

In pre-recorded comments Bearer made comment on how the Taker was still on course to end Hulkamania. Bearer was so confident of this that he laid a challenge down to Hogan for the Survivor Series, Hulk Hogan vs The Undertaker, one on one. Taker said if Hogan accepts then at Survivor Series Hulk Hogan will finally rest in peace.

Bret The Hitman Hart vs Kato w/Mr. Fuji

Even though this was a non-title match Fuji knew two things coming into the match, one this was an important match because if Kato could beat the champion that would put him in line for a title shot down the road and two Hart wasn't 100% due to his tough match with Jeff Jarrett last night. Kato took full advantage as he went to work over a less than full strength Hart, just like he has always done Hart sucked it up and rose to the occassion. Hart took the onslaught and finally made a comeback in his own which culminated in the Sharpshooter which forced Kato to submit.

Recap of Savage's Victory

A video package was shown of Randy Savage beating Rick Rude at Showdown, the announcers talked about the match and speculated on win Savage would get his title shot.

Macho Man Randy Savage vs Earthquake w/Jimmy Hart

Savage knew coming in that this match wouldn't be a walk in the park and he was correct, Earthquake used his power but he also used a form of strategy as he worked on the rib area of Savage using a bearhug as his most effect move, Like Hart in the previous match Savage fought back and he used every tactic he knew as he was trying to survive. Savage finally got the big man down and once he got him down he hit the Elbow Drop to pick up the victory.

Good Raw. Undertaker versus Hogan should be a good way to end the feud and I hope the Hulkster puts over the deadman. I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll have planned for Sting in the upcoming weeks as well.
