I just had a bit more time and searched for 'Christmas' in my music folder. Inventive, I know, but here's what I came up with:

The Sonics made a couple of more songs about Christmas too, but if you want to keep it oldschool mixtape-style, one should be enough. Otherwise:

Speaking of Christmas songs. For the life of me I don't know what this one is called or how it goes. So if someone can help it would be awesome.

All of know of the video is that The Hits and other music channels play it. Who ever sings it are in a pub and it has in it the moment in the song when it goes.

"Father Christmas" by The Kinks. I don't know or care how "alternative" it is, that song is fantastic. Of my big three non-traditional Christmas songs it's my favorite because "Fairytale of New York" is practically a standard at this point so it doesn't really carry the same weight anymore and "Christmas Wrapping" by The Waitresses is just '80s cheese. "Father Christmas" is the shit.
