Manchester City confirm that the FA has informed Kolo Toure that an ‘A-sample’ provided by him has tested positive for a specified substance.

As result of this, he has been suspended from participating in all first team and non-first team matches pending the outcome of the legal process.

There will be no further comment from the football club at this stage.

Couldn't have happened to a nicer club! :(!

According to Sky Sports as of 30 seconds ago, it's something that was in a dietary supplement. I'm guessing he picked a bad time to get diahorrea. :shifty:

Only two things are gonna come out of this - Kolo will get a hefty match banm, and you'll get the same bunch of idiots around the world using this to sling YET MORE mud at the Manchester City badwagon. Shame, really.

Ashley Cole hasn't been caught for drugs, has he? That's how you know a true master of his craft. No point dabbling in the obvious when you can come into work one day and shoot someone (but in a way that still allows you to play against and beat Manchester United days later).
