My own goal on FIFA 09 (Which I still have saved) was the greatest ever. Unpaused the game and momentarily forget which way I was shooting so I did the rainbow flick at the half way line and blasted it towards goal (hitting the wrong button because I play alternate and it was on classic) and perfectly putting it out of my keeper's reach. And then I celebrated like an idiot at my friend, thinking I'd scored a wonder goal against him. Oh the embarrassment.

Edit: I don't like Phil Neville and have once broken into his house (well, the ground, not the actual house) and pissed in a flowerbed. I blame that partially on being hammered, but also partially on being awesome. True story.
