I think Lifted by Bright Eyes falls in to this category for me. And Bringing It All Back Home by Bob Dylan definitely does. There's songs on that album that were recorded in literally one take and are like 6-7 minutes of the most intricate lyrics and it just blows my mind to be able to do that in one go.
