I'm going on holiday Saturday morning, so I won't be able to get full results up until next weekend. I'll have a quick tally up of the scores after the games on Sunday to announce the winner though!

I fell away very badly in the last weeks, so good luck to all who can still take the crown! My predictions for the final day are done through a mix of the last day often throwing up whacky results (like WBA 5-5 Man U, Stoke 6-1 Liverpool) and the fact that I can't win it anymore anyway. The predictions league equivalent of playing an experimental formation with half the youth team in the last game.

Confirmation that @Colly took it by a single correct score, winning the game for the second year in a row.

A huge thanks to everyone who took part, especially those who kept playing right up to the last week. Hopefully somebody puts together some kind of predictions game for the World Cup - I'm away at the Quarter Finals stage so there's not much point in doing it myself.

Up to now, I do plan on doing this again next season. All of you will be welcome!
