Yeah, I've heard Madrid got destroyed, got to see highlights of that one.
I'm happy how Totti and Roma were bad mouth Juve before yesterdays clash. Made it much better when we scored 4 goals in 15 minutes and beat them 4-1, they're still lacking in places, Cassano will be gone soon surely.

Anyone watch the Madrid/Barca game last night?
Lionel Messi, the 18-year old and apparent 'Next Maradona' (After Tevez, Aimar, Riquelme, Saviola and Ortega of course!) was in great form, definitely one for the future based on that performance and the hype he'd received before the game. Ronaldinho was the star man by some margin, the Madrid defence was just in shambles every time he got the ball; a point well demonstrated with his two cracking goals.
Very impressive performance from Barca, almost total domination just as the score line would suggest and a very entertaining game to boot.

As much as I'd like to see him at another Premiership club, I doubt it'll happen.
Keane's got too much of an ego to take a step-down to a club like Portsmouth or Bolton, at least with Celtic he's always said he wanted to end his career there.

I decided to work with the concept of war. My original idea was to create a contrast between war and religion but I'm satisfied with how it came out moreso the greater good of a county vs. the casulties of war.
Good luck TOG! (Y)

Wow. Although it seemed likely he'd leave sooner rather than later, It comes as a real surprise to see Roy's exit, certainly at this point of the season.
I suppose it's really for the best. As a figure and a captain, he'll be sorely missed but at such a late point in his career, we really shouldn't have been relying on him so much in the first place. We won't find another one like him, anyone currently on the market or those of which we've been linked with, cannot possibly fill the void Roy's left us with. The manager faces a tough transfer outing, a rethink in dimensions. Such a case was always inevitable; let's just hope we're well prepared without him.

Sounds good to me, I'll get started on the first set of rules shortly. Although theres no real rush, If someone can post a third-set, I'd be very greatfull.

They're pretty vague rules, so pe might want something more structured, but having been thinking about the topic recently for another project, I could actually work with it.

So I guess I'll start a new one tonight on Smackdown. I was at the WWE website and noticed a trailer, and in it Teddy Long got run over. What storyline is that does anyone know? And who do I need to be to be involved in it down the line? Oh and one final question. If I go to Smackdown now, is it a different storyline for sure? Or is it the same stuff but just over on Smackdown? I was thinking about being either my own man or Benoit.

It looks a little tacky to me. :ohwell:
Isn't it Eddie, by the way?

I haven't battled in ages, but I'll give it a go.

I was playing this in a friends house last night and quite surprisingly, its actually really good. I was disappointed with Smackdown vs. Raw last year and haven't watched wrestling in god knows how long, but I may be tempted into buying this.
Season mode is awesome, by the way.

Depending on what level you want to learn at, tablature or tabs is always a good place to start. There's thousands of sites that could have you on you're way to whatever you want to learn as long as you get the concept.

Interesting that in both the United and Arsenal games Robbo made stupid mistakes for the goals, one almost expects James to get his place back after the next game
-
Your probably right about him not being a top four player, he's still a long way off the finished package and I won't debate that. The goal though, has earned him some bragging rights at least until his next fuck-up.
-
All is forgiven, Fletcher.

Bah, that sucks.
Why bother making a team of Euro/World All-stars if you're not even allowed to pick them? I suppose I could edit my own over PES United or whatever but I don't have the time nor patience.
I also didn't realise the teams changed until I played them and they had the mix of modern day (Ashley Cole, Gerrard, Buffon) and Legends (Van Basten, Gullit, Pele).
-
Is there any way to play as the All-Star teams, rather than just against them?
At the end of Master League in Pre-Season, you can choose to play against them in friendlies but I haven't read anywhere about being able to pick them in Exhibition Mode or anything.

Finally the fat spurs supporters will be able to buy kits again without looking like fat queers in skintight spandex.

It really is a sad state of affairs after results like this. If we continue to play like we did tonight, Chelsea will destroy us at the weekend.
Once again, no one seemed to give a fuck about the actual game at hand. Too many players not bothered and the manager making nothing but pathetic excuses for it after the match really piles the pressure on ahead of one of our toughest challenges of the season this coming weekend...
-
Way to motivate your team mates, Roy.

I think it has the makings of a good graphic, some of the blending is pretty good in areas but as a whole there's too much blank space with even the text only taking up a small corner.
I wouldn't say its bad, but to me at least, it doesn't look like the finished product.
-
I'd love to see an English manager get it, who's not McClaren.
But it won't happen.
-
Ugh, just fucking ugh.
That must be the worst performance I've ever seen from us in recent memory. Not one of our players could come away with any sort of credit following the game. I hate to jump on the bandwagon after defending him for so long, but the manager needs to call it a day...Whether its him or Queiroz persisting with this 4-5-1 shite, its pretty damn clear its not working and that the team's in desperate need of a change.

I'm curious to hear some Utd fans opinions on Flitney's sending off in last night's game.
